Very good food at reasonable prices. The staff was wonderful even though being short of staff that evening. I recommend this restaurant if you like something out of the ordinary.

Food was good, took almost 2 hours for dinner and we didn’t order much food. If you are needing a meal under an hour, not sure it would happen.

First time in the area, fried pork loin was excellent. Brussel sprouts also tasted excellent. Nice atmosphere, excellent service.

The food and service was good. It was a little loud for a business lunch. Not sure if it’s always like that but there was a large group next to us that may have made it extra loud and hard to talk over.

My wife ordered the fillet slider and pretzels, and both were overcooked. She took one bite out of the slider and couldn’t eat anymore. I had their Paloma and it was the worst Paloma I’ve ever tasted. I ordered chicken wings and was unable to eat half of them. the waitress was very Kurt and never took time to ask how our meal was. We did bring dessert home for our kids and they seem to enjoy the carrot cake, the sugar pie, and the lemon Brulé. The only positive experience outside of the desserts was the kind young man who is our greeter and walked us to our table. He was very friendly and personable.

We had a reservation a requested a table around the perimiter but got seated in the middle of the room with a private party going on up stairs. We as well as 4 other tables asked to be moved, which we were, but it was still to noisy to carry on a conversation. It was not enjoyable. There were 4 of us in our party. One had the fish tacos and they were dry with little flavor. He only ate one and left the rest. My wife ordered the salmon. She requested a salad to replace one of her sides and also ordered brussel sprouts as an extra side. Her meal came, no brussel sprouts, no rice, but had a baked potato. Nothing was ever discussed about a baked potato and our bill said no rice. Nothing was ever said to our server that se did not want the rice and never ordered a baked potato. Brussel Sprouts finally came, swimming in greese and bacon fat and could not be eaten. I had the Jambalya Pasta, it was very good. The other person in our party had the breaded tenderloin. She said it was okay, but greasy. Our server broke the cork on our bottle of wine, se we had to deal with pieces of cork in our glass. No, we are not happy.

Food was excellent. Service was so-so. We wanted to take advantage of the Tuesday 50% off wine bottles but our server insisted it was no longer available. However we found out later it was. You need to make sure your servers, especially the new or dumb ones, about the specials available on a given day. Still love the place..

Hi Timothy, could you please give any identifying description of the "dumb one". I'll go with that seeing how 1/2 priced bottles have been a thing for a very long time at GPH. Sorry about the idiocy, and glad you enjoyed your meals. Thanks for the feedback, it will help us remedy this situation. -Alan

Made a reservation for 24th wedding anniversary. Nothing special, no acknowledgement. Food was ok and service ok, again nothing special about this place.
