   Our May 2025 meal at Grille 3501 was hands down the best meal we have enjoyed in the Bethlehem/Allentown area. We had a party of 6 eating dinner for a special occasion. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Cocktails were unique and delicious. We all ordered different entrees. The short ribs, salmon, scallops and steak were all amazing. The best dessert was the butterscotch cake. I’m only sorry we did not try this restaurant sooner!

   We had a great overall experience. When we arrived, we needed to increase our party size from 6 to 10 which the staff handled quickly and efficiently. It was a perfect way to celebrate with friends after the concert we attended.

   I wish we had found this restaurant sooner. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Great special cocktails and an extensive wine list.

   MOUTHWATERING Food, AMAZING Service & DELICIOUS Drinks!! Food - We had the crabcake appetizer which was gluten-free as well as the Crab & Mango Spring Rolls (not gluten-free, LOL). We shared the Butter Crunch Salad & Vegetarian Grilled Eggplant which was also gluten-free. It's nice to find a restaurant that has gluten-free options. Drinks - Moscow Mule, Lavender Lemon drop & Prosecco. Service - Our waiter was Jeff went above & beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. He always had a smile on his face and was very attentive & friendly. He greeted us instantly. Awesome experience, we will defiantly be back soon!

   Great restaurant great atmosphere servers are fantastic.  Bartenders aren’t bashful. Definitely will go back.

   This was a Mother;s Day visit and so obviously the desire is for great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Grille 3501 and Jeff, our waiter, hit on all three. While the menu was a limited menu for Mother's Day, it provided enough options for our group of five to select something appealing and each food choice including salmon, filet, and crabmeat over pasta was delicious. Jeff was attentive, kept water glasses filled, drinks provided, and dishes cleared, and was perfectly understated while exhibiting professionalism. We've enjoyed various meals at Grille 350, and today's ranked at the top of the list.

   It was our first time here and the experience was very positive. Food was delicious and the drink options were large. Service was fine, a bit slow at times but overall we enjoyed everything.

    I have food allergies and the waiter was attentive to that and our anniversary celebration. The food was outstanding!
