    This is a restaurant to visit. Restaurant is clean and pretty inside. Service very friendly and efficient. This chef knows how to cook. My filet mignon cooked to perfection. Good menu and wine list. Highly recommend.

    You can't go wrong at Grille 3501: All entries are deliciously prepared and beautiful to behold. The four of us had filet mignon, each made to order perfectly. The asparagus was crisp and flavorful, as were the mashed potatoes, onions and mushrooms on the plate. The size of the filet was so generous that we brought home "doggie bags" and had steak and eggs as well as an asparagus and mushroom omelet for breakfast today. Service is top notch, PLUS Allentown Art Museum members get 15 percent off the tab. Our favorite special place.

    This is a great spot to hit if you're traveling through the Allentown area. Easy to set up reservation using OpenTable and the staff is accommodating if traffic affects timing.

    Excellent lunch today at Grille 3501. The staff was very accommodating to my elderly mother and the parking lot, ramp, and table location was very wheelchair accessible. We all enjoyed our meal selection topped off with an amazing cherry galette for dessert. Thank you.

    For starters, the food was exceptional! One of the best filet mignons I’ve ever had. My only mild complaint was the noise levels of people near us. We were upstairs, and the volume of the tables near us were echoing off the walls and making it difficult to hear each other. To note, we were given the option to move.

    An unexpected letdown after being delighted with Zest. Ceilings are really high, sound echoes well, sports on various TVs on the walls, “what?” was the most uttered phrase between my wife & I as we huddled our heads together to attempt conversation. Food was equally disappointing. The lobster spring rolls from Zest were vibrant & delicious, the ones I got at Grill 3501 had a brown taco-like protein all throughout that was not at Zest & I did not like. My entree was poorly plated & missing components. The chicken, while adequately sauced, was very dry from overcooking. Directly underneath it lied squash in sticks & underneath the squash was the mashed potatoes. The most infuriating part of my entree was that underneath the mashed potatoes lied one singular, tiny artichoke leaf, as if they laid that one leaf flat before plating the rest. We also waited 30+ minutes after finishing our meal to get the check. I had suggested just leaving a few times to my wife but we ended up sticking it out.

    We dine at this restaurant whenever we get a chance. As always it did not disappoint we ordered the tempura asparagus and the carrots as appetizers not were fantastic Drinks and service very good as well. Bone in pork chop and sea scallops we had as our main course and they were very good.

    Out of all 3 associated restaurants (Thyme & Zest) Grille 3501 is the BEST! Their menu, wine selections were outstanding. We had no complaints about our dining experience.
