Our daily Lunch and Dinner buffets treat guests to Chefs Special creations, including Prime Rib, Seafood, Pan-Asian and Specialty themes.
Open table reservations are highly recommended in order to prevent physical line ups that are not permitted currently.

It’s the first time we’ve visited since the pandemic and we were actually quite impressed on how they are following safety protocols. They have hand sanitizers in almost every station, some tables are kept vacant to manage social distancing, they installed plexi glass around the buffet areas for both hot meals and desserts—staff would serve your food choices on your plate and put a dish cover so your food is safe as you walk to your table and a face mask is required as you go to the buffet. Tables and chairs are sanitized thoroughly as you leave as a courtesy to the next customer. What a lovely experience, definitely felt safe dining in again. All the staff are very friendly, as always.
Very impressed with all the protocols in place , very well done. Food taste wise was really good, but everything was cold to luke warm not a good experience quite disappointing,not sure we will go back

Went for seafood Thursday special. Not what I expected but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Personally I wouldn’t go back because it’s overpriced and nothing to show for it.
We always love going to Seafood Buffet at Grey Eagle mostly for the crab legs but quite disappointing going back after covid when they limit the crab legs to 3 pieces, how inconvenience could that be, should be at least 6 so that you won't have to go back and forth specially when there's always a line up since its limited pcs, people are always going back.
The service and cleanliness were very good, but the food left something to be desired. The duck was not cut well and had a lot of bone, which made the pieces I had mostly inedible. The ginger beef was too sweet. The only problem with the atmosphere was when I used the washroom, the cleaner closed off the access I had used to get back to the restaurant, so I had to go through the bingo room. I wouldn't be bothered by that normally, but the smell of cigarette smoke was so pervasive that it actually ruined the dessert for me when I got back to the table. Mostly though, the experience was great. Kudos to the servers, they are doing a difficult job in a difficult time and still maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
The food needs more variety for pan Asian... ive been there a few time now and its not something I will do again... my company ro not of town wasn't happy with the food and neither was I... if the menu changes I will try again

It’s a good place to hang out and have some fun. The control measure for Covid was good, they were checking at the entrance for face mask and body temperature.

WE were taken t our table on time. We felt very safe with all the waiters wearing masks.
We also liked the idea of the servers behind the barrier putting the food on our plate as we showed them what we want.
They were very generous with their servings.

The prime rib was really good. The other food options were average.
It’s not the same as before but the food was good. It will be nice to see the HD get back to normal so we can enjoy the buffet better
Grey Eagle a good place to eat with families and friends
The safety measures the Grey Eagle has incorporated are very good. We get to experience buffet eating without worrying about being exposed to anything.
Everything is super clean and organized. Although I find the service a little bit slow due to the change in procedure food serving. The quality of food is still good.

One of my favorite restaurants! With the new regulations it became hard to communicate the orders with the mask on and the plexi glass between the server and us. Might be better if we have an order sheet.
We do understand the safetiness and sanitizing protocol because of Covid-19. What I didn’t like about the service when you came in the entrance/cashier two person at a time talking to us about their new system, yes we read it from the website so we know, but it’s kinda annoying that there is two people talking at the same time, second i don’t like the food, it taste different.
Overall we enjoyed our evening out at the Grey Eagle very much.
We have been there multiple times, but were unhappy with food quality this visit. Was not as good as previous. Was not worth the $30/person we paid

We are long time patrons of the Grey Eagle Buffet and always find the staff to be friendly, helpful and polite and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food has always been excellent and is definitely good value for money. We will never hesitate to recommend the Grey Eagle Buffet to friends and family.
I liked the covid precautions The chefs dished out the servings Next time though I will ask for 1/2 spoonful I had too much food on my plate which I didn't finish and I didn't like that The food was tasty though not as extensive choice as was pre-covid I liked the plate cover provided to keep my food covered while I returned to the table I wish I was offered a cover for the plate of desserts I carried back to the table I left there happy
The food was delicious! We were very happy with everything.
The food was fabulous, the roast beef melts in your mouth.
The food was served cold ... the lobster was tough ... the choices were very limited for a charge of $40, the appetizers little pieces of French bread with fish topping of some kind was not good, the scallops were cold and not tAsty
we couldn’t hear the servers questions and they could hear out answers (chocolate fountain) ..we all ended up getting items dipped in chocolate that we had not asked for and the missing the ones we wanted ,,,
I learned not to go to buffets during this time of pandemic ,..,I did not like the server procedure because it was hard on the server and hard on the guest .. I think that our meal was absolutely not worth $ 40 each ...we were all (4 of us) very disappointed with this evenings food
Hello Lesterc, We are sorry to hear your opinion of our Buffet restaurant as we really feel our efforts to create a safe and sanitary environment are exemplary and in compliance with AHS recommendations as well as Federal public health. Concerning our offerings and the abundance thereof, we have reduced the amount of food on display but have not reduced the item selections available and you may come up as many times as you like until you are satisfied. We are working on the sound problem.
So happy it's open again! And we felt very safe with the precautions
You have to raise your voice to order your food over the plastic divider. And there was limit for how many pieces of sashimi per plate.
I will not return until it's gone back to the old normal.
Hi Beez, We are working on an improvement for the sound issue so thanks for bringing that up. There is no limit to how many plates you may have of any dish, we are just limiting the amount on each plate to save on wasted food to be honest.

The changes made to the menu are not positive ones. The selection is down to half for salads and I would not recommend anyone waste their money

sorry for the poor review we attempted to tell the hostess about the quality of the seafood. she did not want to hear what I was saying the crab was dry and not first grade no shrimp or other hot seafood. for $ 40 per person it was far from worth the value for the 2 of us We have dined at your buffet many times as we live across the road Our plan is to try other seafood buffet before we would return to Grey Eagle. We appreciated the set up for the social distancing. Some customers were not wearing the mask We reminded the waitress to enforce
