   First time there and had to park in a small bumpy dirt lot by a working barn! Then we were seated in a tented Greenhouse of sorts with hanging paper lanterns for decor. It felt like a make shift space for an event rather than a restaurant. Awkward space with no privacy - kids running around or crying. Family friendly for sure! Popular local place (nothing else in the area!). Uncomfortable little metal chairs and plastic water glasses greeted us. Odd. Food was good with interesting menu. Prices are city expensive for such a casual, rural restaurant in Burlington. Drink menu was limited and pricey too. Dessert menu was average so we passed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We may try again but not in that room.

   Food is always delicious…nice selection of cocktails and food. Fish tacos were very good!

   This restaurant is a hidden gem! It was our 3rd time! Quaint, comfy & cozy! It was beautifully decorated in a Christmas theme.bFood was delicious and was very affordable! Can't wait to return.

   Decorations for Christmas were beautiful. The food was pretty good. Nothing to complain about. I will go back again to try something different. Service was a little slow, but all in all good place.

   I had the Tavern Burger. It was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and the restaurant was still beautifully decorated from the holidays.

   We had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. The online reservation process was seamless and we were seated promptly upon arrival. The restaurant's warm, cozy, and inviting atmosphere was beautifully decorated. Our waitress was extremely helpful, attentive, and offered excellent suggestions. The food was outstanding and the drinks were exceptional! We can't wait to return for another visit. This hidden gem is definitely worth stopping by.

   Disappointing experience… After a long day of travel, my toddler and I were ready to eat! We found this place on Google and it sounded perfect, so we made a reservation ASAP. We were promptly seated and drinks came quick, but there was an unfortunate mixup with our food order and my kiddo was served something they didn’t order. The food runner took their plate back and we sat there with my plate of food in front of me while we waited... I expected it to be quick as it was only buttered pasta. Our waitress eventually came to check on our table and saw that my child didn’t have their food. I explained what happened and after another too long wait, their pasta arrived. By this time my plate of food (burger & fries) had gone cold and soggy. It looked and smelled good when it first came out, but I couldn’t bring myself to eat much of it since it was sitting for so long and the sogginess of the bun and fries was off putting. Annoyed, we paid full price and tipped 20% and left. Never offered anything but a simple, “I’m sorry.” Better luck next time? Maybe. I don’t think we’ll be back for a while.

    Excellent table location, salad was fresh, crispy and tasty with balsamic dressing, entree bake stuffed sole was delicious, and bread pudding with chocolate caramel coconut glazed topping was extraordinary. Wine was delicious and Christmas holiday ambiance was spectacular.
