In the heart of the East Devon countryside, surrounded by acres of farmland, you'll find the award-winning Greendale Farm Shop and it's family-friendly café & restaurant. The Greendale Farm Shop Café and Restaurant is much loved by visitors and locals alike. We offer a new extensive menu, created around many of the items sold in our shop and showcasing local produce from our farm and fishing boats. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are no problem and we have a children's menu for the little ones, too. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as tea and coffee, delicious cakes and Devon cream teas.

Once you've eaten why not take a stroll along our family farm trail. The trails follow a level path that’s just right for pushchairs and little legs where you can say hello to all of the animals, including Oscar the Ostrich.

On Sunday and Monday evenings, from 3.30pm, our restaurant serves from our extensive fish and chip menu only.

    Service was poor. We were going to be put on another table as someone had taken ours then once the food arrived we had to ask for drinks several times as they had not arrived and also some extras that we ordered were not given to us until halfway through our meal.

    Food incredible but a mistake was made on one breakfast with the eggs coming out wrong. Asked for one way and got a different. Drinks didn't come out for ages considering the order for them was made pretty quickly on arrival. Food was delicious and otherwise great.

    Service was not good today. Took ages to take an order then brought us the wrong drinks. For me it was so noisy, but some people like that. Felt a bit like being in a school dinner hall!

    slow service, had to ask to have ordered taken (this was at 4pm in afternoon so not many people in dinning) food was dried up and tasteless not be rushing back best advice, drive a couple miles down the road to darts farm
