The new Graze location offers global comfort food, a variety of local beers and simple cocktails, and a casual atmosphere--all in downtown Lexington!
This time dining there food was fair to say the least, food was undercooked, and portions were tiny and part of our order was wrong. The Beer we ordered was not very cold at all.
We were disappointed for the $$$ we spent.
The service was slow but due to the current times it didn’t bother me as much but I did order a drink and 20 min later the waitress came back and asked if I wanted a drink, I said I had ordered one and didn’t get it and she said oh yea let me go put that in, we were almost done with the food at the time so I cancelled. The food was not good. The presentation was lacking for the type of restaurant this is and as far as the taste goes it was barely edible. I got the salmon and the risotto was extremely salty while the salmon was bland. The rest of my party wasn’t impressed with theirs either. The appetizers we’re good though.
We were celebrating our daughter’s senior recital. When saying this, please understand we realize Lex has fewer places maybe to handle lots of people during corona times and it was a Friday night. I think our server - who was very nice - was also handling a big group in a back private room. Someone else finally saw that we needed more water and helped out with something else. Our friend (who is a bartender) had the wrong drink served to him - which was remedied - it just took a bit. Everything was just slow - it was an hour before our salads came. He said it was crazy in the kitchen. Three of the dishes were only lukewarm but certainly edible and we didn’t want to complain. They tasted good - so don’t get us wrong. We would def like to come back and give it another shot! We liked the whole vibe of the place! We’ll try to come when it’s not a Friday night next time.
Great meal, Damien and the staff are always so welcoming and engaging and make sure you are taken care of!
Food was excellent!
Birthday dinner with friends. Two of us ordered the feature & were disappointed BUT Kameron our very enthusiastic server was hell bent on making our evening a success so both she & the manager overcompensated & everything ended perfectly! Great charcuterie board (Bordi), filets, drinks & dessert! Sat on bar side & enjoyed the ambiance! We’ll be back!
The food was less than stellar. Our salad was nothing more than a small pile of arugula with a handful of pistachios and a sprinkle of cheese. The menu made it sound wonderful but the actual dish was lacking. We also ordered the fish tacos that were overall ok but not worth going back for.
First time at Graze, probably my last. I had the fried chicken entree. The dish was presented very nicely but the chicken was tough as leather, the beans were tasteless and the mashed potatoes were cold. I thought I would salvage the meal with dessert but nope! Only three dessert offerings. I had the almond cake which was extremely dry and was obviously previously frozen. Overall, probably the worst meal that I’ve had in Lexington at a finer establishment. Missed the mark.
The only good thing about this experience was our server. We went in thinking we would order brunch only to be told by the server that no one was in the kitchen to cook any food. I thought it was a joke but sadly it was not. Sad because this a beautiful space with absent management.
After waiting 45 minutes for our meal to arrive, our server told us the kitchen had lost our ticket and she had to re-submit the order. She brought us an appetizer and told us our bill would be comp’d..including our drinks..without us asking. It was the right way to handle the situation and we still had a pleasant experience in spite of the mess up. Food was delicious!
Great birthday dinner with friends!
We both had the fried chicken and the fig & goat cheese rocket salads, all very good. They offered a special reduced price red zinfindel which we purchased. A very good meal and affordable to boot!
The ambiance was lovely, service outstanding, food was incredibly delicious and Damion topped it off by stopping by to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. All COVID rules observed so we felt perfectly safe. Will be back very soon.
First timers to Graze. We were not disappointed. Food was excellent! I had the chicken curry which was bursting with flavors and just the right amount of heat. My girlfriend had the chicken breast which were also very good. My Old Fashion was underwhelming but not horrible. Ambiance was great... place was busy but not loud. Good vibe overall
The food was great but they were understaffed and out of 90% of the alcohol ordered.
Had a great first experience at Graze for brunch! While I was there I actually booked for a dinner reservation for another night because I was so impressed. Great service. Food was well prepared and we enjoyed every bite! Tasty drinks. Can’t wait to go back! Felt very safe and had good COVID procedures.
So good! The 2nd time we’ve been there in 3 weeks. Really enjoyed it!
Great experience! This was my first time dining at Graze. I had requested an outdoor table on the edge of the patio area, and the staff was able to accommodate my request. Our waiter, Anthony, was very friendly as well. It took us over 30 minutes to get our drinks and meals since it was a busy night, but Anthony did a great job handling things! I plan to come back again in the future.
Invited friends to dinner at Graze. Seated outside as requested.
There evidently were not enough serving staff. The drink orders were backed up... waited at least 30 minutes to get our beverages. The meal wait was another long wait. The servers seemed overwhelmed with the crowd. By the time we were served, After a frustrating wait, none of us were pleased with the meal.
Graze normally has not had these issues. So sorry it happened that night with invited guests that were extremely disappointed.
Food was outstanding! Excellent service. First time at the Woodland location.
Always love dining at Graze. The staff is warm, helpful and friendly. The cocktails are fantastic. The food is delicious. And they have one of the best covered patio spots in town - we sat at a 2-top that felt like private dining outside. Great spot!
Made a reservation for outdoor dining. When we arrived, we were seated inside. I asked about our outdoor reservation and was told there are no reservations for outside.
The servers were friendly, but inattentive. Restaurant was not even busy.
The decor was quite nice, however and the food was tasty. Good value for the meals we received.
Would be willing to give Graze another try.
We both ordered the salmon and were most pleased with the quality and quantity. Best salmon we've had in some time, would definitely recommend it
Great decor and ambiance. Wait staff was friendly, drinks were potent, food was delish.
This is a must!! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was fun. The bar area is cozy and there is also patio seating.
Great drinks the mango mojito was fabulous. Food was good and service was excellent. Will definitely go back.
Everything was great! Only complaint was wine selection, out of stock on quite a bit.
What a GREAT weekend brunch menu! Can’t wait to go back and try something else. Lovely outdoor space.
Amazing food, service, and everything felt super clean/safe. Highly recommend!
Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Great service and ambience, with fair prices.
We both agreed on our first bite of food that it was 5 stars for us. We will most definitely be back!
Loved the food and our waiter was really nice. When the owner heard it was out first time dining at the restaurant he sent the 2 of us a free drink! Loved the feeling on the patio. Food was delicious!!
The ambience and environment (indoor and outdoor space) are beautiful at Graze. Our server (Analee) was wonderful-friendly and attentive. Food was delicious- we had the Bordi (charcuterie), fried fish tacos and fig salad with salmon, all of which were very good. Will definitely return!
Lovely dinner on the porch. Food was delicious!
We had a lovely evening sitting on the beautiful patio and our food was delicious. Our service was slow, uninterested, and disappointing. Only leaving review in hopes to see service improve cause this establishment has so much potential.
The patio is lovely and I felt very safe with their Covid procedures.
My wife and I decided to try Graze for our first date night since Covid hit. The meal was great and we really liked the atmosphere.
Graze once again was amazing. The cocktails were great and so was every item of food. We split a house salad and the BBQ fries. Then we ordered the fried chicken (heavenly and a huge portion) and the curry which were both exceptional. We will be returning again and again. Don’t forget tour mask!
Fabulous time for my first experience. Friendly and efficient. Food was awesome and great selection of bourbon. Lauren did an amazing job. Thanks and can’t wait to go back!!
Our server was exceptional. Food was outstanding. Great cocktails and always felt safe.
