The new Graze location offers global comfort food, a variety of local beers and simple cocktails, and a casual atmosphere--all in downtown Lexington!
The food and atmosphere was amazing!!! I think the service started off slow but it was busy! Mimosa was awesome! Will definitely be back!
Food was just ok. Service made the entire experience so much worse. We were a party of 6 for brunch. Definitely not busy. Drinks took forever. Ordering took forever. Food came in drive and drabs. Each person got their order in spurts. Sides were wrong. One of the entrees was wrong. No condiments. We had to keep finding the server to remind her we were missing items. Just not anything close to what brunch is at other comparable restaurants. This was my second time there and will not go back.
We went to Graze a couple years ago and loved the food, the staff was fantastic. We revisited this weekend, our waiter was slow, let our drinks sit empty. And my medium filet was cold and purple in the middle. The waiter never asked how our food was, and when I left the obvious trimmed around purple steak on my plate he didn’t even ask about it. The Brussels were blackened and somehow still raw. We won’t be back for awhile.
The pork bbq fries appetizer was phenomenal.
Food is overpriced for what you actually get. We waited an hour for our food to come out and one order was prepared wrong. Our waitress was not very friendly either. Only good thing about our night was the nice atmosphere.
Another great meal at Graze! And, always love the ambience!
Service was horrible! Took over 40 minutes to get our food. It was brunch so not that hard. Then my husbands breakfast tacos were soggy and when they brought them apologized and said they had no sour cream. Felt like our waitress wanted us out as soon as possible! It’s a beautiful place but not worth the poor service.
Went to Graze on Saturday, Feb 20, and just had an excellent time. Food was very good. Ambiance was very nice. Very enjoyable
Took 30 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. Food was flavorless and cold when we got it.
Both of our meals the meat was cold in the middle. They tried to replace three separate times and could not successfully bring out a warm steak. Extremely disappointing.. The table next to us experienced the same thing.
This is a great place to dine. All of the staff was amazing. The Service was very pleasant and timely. Food is amazing as well.
We booked a reservation for Valentine’s Day brunch. Most of the restaurant was empty except tables lined up next to each other. They were not six feet apart. Not even close. And for those of us that wanted a romantic date, forget about it. You were literally sitting on top of each other. They were out of Bloody Mary mix, it took 30 mins to get a cup of coffee, the waitress was super spaced out and no one was really friendly. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the food was decent. Horrible experience, especially on such a special day. First time there and not sure we will ever be back.
I read various reviews, but made a reservation for brunch to try something new even though they weren’t glowing.
I started of with the bottomless mimosa. They brought a carafe, which was nice, however I don’t think they used real orange juice it was more like Sunny Delight.
We then ordered beignets for the table. So for $8 we received 6 beignets that were all 2/3 or 1/2 the size of golf ball. They also tasted like grease.
It took awhile to get out breakfast order. The restaurant only had about 6-8 tables filled while we were there, so It doesn’t seem like the kitchen would be slammed.
When the food finally arrived my French toast was cold and soggy, my son’s egg skillet was really runny, my daughter’s breakfast taco’s didn’t look appetizing, but she said they were good...and my husband’s chicken and waffles were borderline burnt.
The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful. Such a shame. Almost feel bad for them. They may just need new kitchen help.
Overall we had a great experience at Graze. The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was good. We had reviewed the regular menu in advance and were a little shocked by the limited/special Valentines weekend menu. We did make reservations online so I could see how it would be hard to 'advise' the user of a special menu, but I also received a call the day before to confirm. I feel they should have confirmed the special menu at that time. I know we were not alone in that surprise because not only did I overhear at least one other patron question the menu options, I also saw at least 1 if not 2 other parties leave after they realized there was a limited/special menu.
It wasn't that the value was terrible because it did include an appetizer/entrée/dessert for each person but we wouldn't normally get separate appetizers and desserts. I feel the only option of $65 per person was a surprise and I think they up-priced the menu a bit...because they could. While they did present 3 options for each course, I wasn't crazy about any of them in some of the categories and at that price you want to get something you are excited about. You are kind of over a barrel on a weekend where you can't just say no thanks and pick any other option. (Because it's probably one of the most reserved weekends of the year.) Again, part of me hates to complain and not give anything but a great review. I guess I just felt deceived.
This visit to Graze was disappointing. $65 price fixed menu for Valentine’s Day was fine, but the food was not good. Lobster bisque was salty and tasted like cheese soup. The rib-eye for two was one steak cut in half. Each portion was about 4 oz. it was ok. The potatoes were very salty. The green beans were room temp. We told our waitress and she asked...do you want me to reheat them? The desserts were ok. Have they lost they’re chef? It seemed like institutional food. No passion or standards of quality.
The best experience I’ve had in a long time at a restaurant in downtown Lexington! We will be back soon!
Didn’t have the appetizer/starter we wanted but otherwise was great. Service really good, steak cooked to perfection as always. Thank you
Food was pretty good. Sat a high top in the bar we had to reserve and the bartender took our order. He did the best he could but should have had additional help as he was the only bartender at the restaurant. Not exactly what I expected when I made this reservation.
It was wonderful! The food was delicious & Taylor did an excellent job taking care of us!
Graze is always good, I got the pork tenderloin, whatever sauce was on the plate with the kale was so sour I couldn't eat it though. The past few times we have been the food was not really hot enough, so something needs to be adjusted there. The garnish under the tenderloin was cold, it tasted great but with it being cold it took away from it. The music was crazy loud, even in the bathroom. Graze looks like fine dining, the filet tastes like fine dining and beats out the big steak houses downtown. But there seems to be an existential crisis with the ambience. If I drop $100+ on dinner I dont want to have to yell at the person across from me. If you have never been here get the filet, its the most tender you will ever eat.
Nice dinner. Charcuterie for an app, curry bowl and buddha bowl for main course. Whole experience was very good.
Both our steak and fish were under cooked
Graze is my favorite restaurant in Lexington, hands down the best Filet in town.
Great food. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
The service was awful. Waited 45 mins for food. Never had server ask about more drinks or quality of food. Half of the food was cold. The spacing for Covid didn’t seem to be followed. We were with another couple, had we been alone we would have left.
We usually love Graze. Our last visit-not so much. My husband asked for his salmon to be cooked through, it came almost raw. It took 15 minutes to get the attention of the waitress to send it back for more cooking. She was having an in depth conversation at another table about what is currently good to watch on Netflix. There were only 3 full tables in the entire restaurant and one would think they would have been doing what it took to keep their more loyal customers/ oh well.
Less than enjoyable. Our food was cold and the portions were laughable. We were in and out in 40 minutes.
Portion sizes were extremely small...much smaller than previous visits to this restaurant. Salmon was supposed to have a mango salsa, but there was no mango in the salsa. Side of plantains was three small pieces.
Brunch was great
Excellent food, great environment. Staff could be more friendly.
Taylor R. was an outstanding server. It was my 70th Birthday and she was so accommodating taking a picture of my family, along with providing me a free dessert.
Great Customer Service.
Food was very lackluster. This was my second time dining at the new location in the Woodlands. Food seemed much better in the past when they had a smaller, and ever changing based on fresh ingredient availability, menu. Service was good though and the space is gorgeous. Noticed several patrons walking throughout without their mask on properly or at all.
First time attending the restaurant was a success. The second time we waited too long for our food to have it come out cold, sent it back for it to come out cold AGAIN.
Slow service, and a horrible experience overall.
The owner knew there was a problem and still never addressed our issue.
Maybe you’ll have a better experience when you attend, but I doubt that.
This is one of our favorite spots. The food never disappoints and the cocktails are fantastic. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is always friendly. It’s a great place for a dinner date or special occasion with friends. Highly recommend!
Everything was Great!! A complete turnaround from our previous visit.
This is a very nice restaurant - great food, although a bit over priced. Not worth the $90 bill.
First time at Graze and we had a lovely experience! Everything we ordered was really good - the salads, fried chicken, and bolognese pasta. Fun cocktail list. Server was very attentive and the floor manager even came to our table to make sure we were enjoying everything. We will be coming back here!
Great food, service, and ambiance!
Service was slow especially there was hardly anyone in the place. Food wasn’t great. Fish Tacos were over done. Both fish and the tacos were also very hard.
Great cocktails, wonderful food, superb service, excellent Covid precautions and accommodations, perfect service! So glad we found this place!
We were here for the New Year's Eve dinner and was surprised by a menu that was locked in. Typically, a limited menu would have 2-3 options. That was not the case. There were no options. Additionally, service was very terrible. To top that off, the food was not great either. The one and only entree was not seasoned correctly. We went back to this restaurant because we had a great experience prior to this one. Much different this time around. This was a complete New Year's Eve FLOP!!!
