Welcome to the Fables and Company's Winemaker Works at Plume Wine Bar. This is a 1.5 hour tasting where you explore and learn about 3 single varietal wines, before becoming a mad wine scientist to experiment with blending to make your own wine blend to go. This class is intended for those curious about wine that want to be guided through the process and want to experiment A LOT! We have 2 winemaker works for you - our Wonderful Whites or Gorgeous Reds. Price includes wine for tasting/blending and one 375ml bottle of your own blend to go.
