Grassa Gramma never disappoints. Unique atmosphere, excellent service, and very seriously the best pasta you can get in Louisville. Tori was wonderful. This was my parents’ first time visiting and I have no doubt we will be back soon. Highly recommend the Carbonara and the Mother Tequila.
I have been quite a few times and it is always very good. Food is tasty, drinks are creative...and the restaurant itself is very interesting and cozy.
Service was what would be expected at a chain restaurant.
Parma - chicken was great.
Specialty salad......?
Enjoyed our visit. The food and service was great. The only criticism I have is that the servers should wait until the diner has finished their salad before bring their entree' Otherwise all was good!
Took my wife there for our anniversary. It was a fantastic experience. Great food , great service and atmosphere.
Everything was excellent, top five steak I’ve ever had in my life.
I was so impressed with the service! We are very Covid conscious, but wanted to do something fun for my husband's birthday. We reserved on of the outdoor domes and it was fantastic! Very warm and everyone wore gloves and masks. The food was delicious, but the service was outstanding! Cannot wait to go back!
Exceptional! Will return
food was excellent and the restaurant did a very good job to promote social distancing.
Celebrating a birthday! It was fantastic! We sat at the special gucci booth and the service was exceptional!
My husband and I went here for the first time tonight. Needless to say it was amazing. From the service to the food to the beautiful decor it truly was a great experience and this restaurant has been added to one of our favorites! I will highly recommend this to anyone.
Service and food both were phenomenal. It was the perfect treat for a night out!
Good!!!
The best restaurant
Four of us got together to celebrate Valentine’s day. Seating on the second floor was so cozy and comfortable. Nice Italian music, not loud, just right. Very good service as usual. Duck meatballs were real great. Keep them on the menu!
Food and atmosphere was great. Food was spectacular. And the Woodford old fashion was the best I’ve ever had. We will be back
Had a wonderful experience on Valentines Day with my wife. The food was amazing and the ambiance is second to none!!
Wonderful as usual!
Amazing evening!
Small table, bland food
We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner!!! Loved the balcony turret room we were in - so much atmosphere! I would have liked lasagna on the menu - that’s an Italian staple. However our food was delicious! Our waitress, Twitty, was exceptional - friendly and very attentive!!!
The atmosphere is very romantic. The staff was great. The pizza is amazing. The bread was delicious. We both ate pasta dishes and they were by far the worst pasta we have ate. The sauce has not taste. The best way I can describe the pasta is gummy. I was really bummed out when we left because the atmosphere was so great!
Thank you so much for your honest feedback! Your response is absolutely key to our success, and helpful so that we can better train our team. It pains me to hear that you didn't love your dinner, but I do hope that you'd give us another chance. Please e-mail myself or our General Manager, Tarek Hamada, if you'd consider joining us again, and I'd love to provide you and your partner with two complementary entrees. Thank you again for your time, and stay warm! Best Regards, Chef Ben
Only complaint was we were seated in bar area and due to social distant restrictions people who were waiting, decided to stand next to our table while waiting.
This was the third time that my wife and I have been to Grassa Gramma. The service, atmosphere, and food each time has been amazing.
We dined there once before and it was great! This time although the food was excellent, something was off. Oh yes! And there was a mouse running across the floor. So we may not be back. I would not recommend knowing I saw a mouse.
My wife and I absolutely love this place. It's our #1 go-to restaurant in Louisville for date night.
We had a magical evening in "Kevin's booth"! Mr. Hamada was his ever-charming self guiding us to the comfort of the curved upstairs booth where Colin (our server) served us delicious appetizers of both duck and traditional meatballs to pair with an incredible Sartori Amarone. My entree was the plentiful seafood pasta, full of fresh shellfish and was available with gluten-free penne. The evening was capped off with a delicate Limoncello...Bravo!
Experience was phenomenal!! Food was delicious, service was absolutely amazing, couldn’t ask for a better evening!
Complimentary anniversary champagne toast was very nice.
We had a great date night!
One of my Fav places, but menu now is limited and food quality wasn't the same as before.
Great scenery and it's all INSIDE the restaurant. You'll get a trip to Italy for the evening with the decor, music and, of course, the wonderful food.
I love the Monday night specials. Not only are they incredibly reasonably priced but it's always an adventure, trying something I might otherwise have overlooked on the menu.
I have never been disappointed.
The food was great. It was a very good experience.
A little disappointed that they were out of the Chicken Parmesan and the Special at 6pm on a Saturday night. Since it was our first time, we didn't really know what were missing. Our appetizer, entrees, desserts, and drinks were delicious.
This was our first time eating inside a restaurant in 6 months. Everything from the service to the food was great!
Wonderful experience!! The dessert (birthday neopolitan mousse) was perfection.
Always delicioso! Fav Italian place! Grazie Mille!
Food was good but not really worth the cost. I kept reading about how wonderful the bread was but to get only one piece was ridiculous! Our party kept having to request more bread so we didn't understand why they wouldn't just place several pieces on the table! Ambiance was great. Overall I was disappointed but service was great.
Never disappoints!! Took a friend who'd never been and she loved it!!
We enjoyed the dinner and the service was good. The space is interesting and we loved the bicycle table we were assigned. The Covid precautions were taken seriously by all. We will be back!
Absolutely stunning. Most beautiful restaurant I have ever been too and food was fabulous!
