    We have historically been fans of Bill White restaurants. Although we have tried to be patient over the last year, all of them, except Chimayo whose chef has been there 25 years, miss the mark. The food is overpriced-some of the most expensive on Main Street-and basically tasteless. The salmon and striped bass had no flavor and some of the other menu combinations make ordering certain main courses disappointing....they are just strange and off putting, taste wise. There are too many tables in the restaurant. You are basically sitting in your neighbor's lap. When our party of 4 was shown to our table crammed in the corner, the table next to it had been turned perpendicular so that it would fit. The occupants of the table had to stand and move out to the open area so we could be seated. It was so tight, the couple basically could "sit in" on our conversationa and we on theirs. We asked about a lovely table in a glass walled corner next to us right around the wall from our claustrophoic spot. The seating staff appeared young and inexperienced...she seemed surprised we wouldn't want to sit at a cramped 4 top. We were told that it was saved for walk in diners! Why make a reservation? It remained empty all night....as did many of the tables. Saving a really terrific table for walk in diners is offensive if it requires you to sit someone who made a reservation at a poor table. The staff worked hard. There was another table of about 20. They were separated from our table by our "neighbors/good friends by the end of the night's table." The waiter offered to take our order and make sure that it was in the que ahead of the party of 20. Smart thinking. They became louder and louder as the night went on and the liquor flowed. I'm glad we didn't stay for dessert. The noise level was approaching ear splitting. Our experiences this year at Pine Cone Ridge and Windy Ridge have also been disappointing. We don't suggest any of the restaurants other than Chimayo.

    Excellent food combined with excellent service. They moved our outside table inside when we felt it was too cold outside.

    The food is consistent and very high quality. Our server was very nice and professional. For the price of the overall dining, the service and ambiance is not there. Our waters were empty, time between appetizers and main course was very long. They need help for the main servers..water, clearing dishes, delivering food..etc. The ambiance is supposed to be quirky but is bordering on just dated.

    We’ve eaten at Grappa many times but this time some of the food was prepared differently than we expected. I have to believe the recipe and prep of the Tiramisu has changed dramatically in the past 2 years. I used to say out loud I didn’t even like Tiramisu but Grappas Tiramisu was always crazy good. Now, not so much. No one at our table cared for it ( 8 of us ) The Lamb Chops had an off putting jam sauce and lacked a flavorful sear, making it no where as good as it used to be. Scallops were very good! The Eggplant Parmesan was amazing as it always was! The grapes, Gorgonzola cheese with walnuts salad was tasty but there were too many grapes and only one tasty whole walnut!! That ratio needs to be altered. It was a pretty nice meal but definitely disappointing to order some of our favorites and find they are different.

    The food was outstanding and the service was even better. I look forward to my next visit to join the good folks at Grappa. I enjoyed the horseradish-crusted salmon. No wonder it has remained a staple on the menu!

    Visiting Park City. This place is as good as NYC and SW Florida restaurants. Me u, service and quality of food was superb. I wish i could go back but 2000 mikes too far from home

    Unbeatable ambiance and service. Sadly, downhill from there. Bruschetta was not really bruschetta; was more of a stacked caprese. Pork chop had zero flavor; salmon was very good. Waaaaay overpriced. Had high hopes but oh well Stephanie(?) was awesome and beautiful evening on the patio. Food, not so much
