   The birthday dinner we had was outstanding. The service was great—Emily was very attentive and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious. I hesitate to order onion soup places but your soup was authentic and I will order again! Steaks / drinks/ sides - All good The atmosphere was fun. We had a big party, and there was plenty of room for us, but the place was nicely busy. The outside looked very inviting. I can't wait to try it on a nice summer evening. Keep up the good work! I have been talking it up to all my friends on both sides of the river. I work in STL and often go out to dinner there - Graphite rivals all the fun places we go in STL!

   It was our first visit to Graphite, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious, with the Caesar salad (the anchovy was a great touch) and my ricotta gnocchi with added salmon being the highlights. The staff members are uniformly noticeably polite; someone has trained them well. Our waiter was very attentive to detail, and the bartender did a splendid job of preparing her first mint julep.

   The food is incredible. Adrian is very personable and attentive. The resturant was very busy, so understandably there was a delay getting to the table at our reservation time. However the food and service made us forget that and enjoy the evening. We will be returning customers. Thank you!

   We got a couple appetizers: fried corn bread, deviled eggs. The corn bread was very good but the deviled eggs were very small and nothing special about them. The Graphite salad was good but could use a little more dressing. For the price, the rib eye was lacking in flavor and was fairly thin for the price. The filet was ok, needed seasoning. Was ordered medium and came rare so be sure to order your steak a little more fine than usual. The scallops with risotto was pretty good but the scallops did have a faint fishy smell & taste. The risotto could also use more seasoning.

   Beautiful restaurant. The food is very fresh and well presented. The service was excellent. Out first time to visit for lunch, we shall come back for dinner.

   Lunch menu offered wide variety. Moderate prices with more than ample servings. Ambiance is amazing. Service is outstanding.

    The food at Graphite has always been amazing! We ate there for brunch and we were not disappointed! If you enjoy mixed drinks, you will enjoy the variety of tasty drinks too!
