An attractive space, but the acoustics are not good and it sounds loud and like you’re eating in a cafeteria. • Wedge salad was fair • Poke was good, almost too large, needs better balancing - waay too much seaweed • Buratta on toasted sourdough was okay, bread was hardly toasted - ehhh • Buccatini pasta with diver, scallops, done, carbonara style, also okay. scallops were small

Service was terrible. Waited 45 minutes for our food to come . Then it did not all come together. Worst French toast I have ever had. There were 7 of us so they added 22% to our bill after tax. We complained and had them remove the tip and left what we wanted. Will not go back

We had a great dinner. The Angus Short Rib was excellent, as was the Halibut. Our server Josie was so attentive and kind, she really went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely evening. We'll definitely return.

This was my first time dining at grapefruit basil for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised with the delicious food. The presentation was beautiful, large portions, and it tasted great. Our server was very attentive and professional. We will definitely be back.

The halibut was the best I have had, it was delish! Had three meals there and I would literally just come to this hotel to eat here!!

This was so disappointing. We have been to Grapefruit Basil several times for lunch, brunch and dinner and overall have had good experiences. While our server was very good at this visit, the food was truly terrible and I even had to send back my cocktail - a French75 - because it was warm and the champagne was flat. We ordered the Caesar salad which literally had NO dressing on it. My MIL had scallops that were raw. I ordered the "macadamia encrusted halibut" that my son described as looking like a frozen fish stick. The manager came by and asked how our meals were but didn't even wait for a reply before walking off to the next table. We are locals and were really excited to have this restaurant in the neighborhood but unfortunately it's off our list now.
