   The young man serving us was really helpful and friendly and efficient. Whilst most of the meals were really good, the chicken schnitzel was found to be too oily. It could do with some softening furnishings, bit echoey.

   The food was refreshingly different, the poached eggs excellent also pork belly sandwich. The Moroccan spices are very tasty and give a tang to the food. Drinks were generous by the glass and an extra indulgence were the desserts of sticky date pudding and warm chocolate brownie, both covered in warmed sauces to die for. Great Lunch! Thank you Grand Bistro.

   Food choices were good , but one of us was vegetarian and only one choice for the main.

   Compliments to the chef, the food was amazing! Staff were very friendly and efficient.

   We thought Grande was disappointing overall. Overpriced cafe food I suspect was mostly cooked in deep fryer. We ordered Gorgonzola croquettes, chicken schnitzel and slow cooked lamb. Wine list was good. Service was good. Dining room was noisy with too many hard surfaces even though the place was not full. I think this business should stick to catering and take away and forget fine dining .

   We were excited to attend the Grand Bistro as we had heard good things. We booked in advance and arrived slightly early. On arrival we were told their booking system had played up so we had to leave within an hour and once we sat down they advised they had a restricted menu, which was not advertised on the website when booking. Service was slow. Overall the experience was disappointing, the food was ‘ok’ (my crab pasta was nice but was $34 for a small bowl. We probably won’t go back.
