Hark back to 1920’s Sydney and trace the steps of the chic elite. Among the bustle of the city, the iconic Gowings building was the place to be. Within these walls we’ve set the scene for fine dining drama. Australia’s freshest produce is on show amongst a century’s-worth of moody theatrical nostalgia.

Next to the State Theatre, Gowings Bar & Grill has made a grand entrance. A stately space reminiscent of a New York steakhouse with modern glitz and glamour. Big open-kitchen energy, wood-fired rotisseries and charcoal grills throwing out the heat. Hanging freshly-caught tuna are on grand display.

Peruse a seasonal menu where local produce is the star of the show. Sydney rock oysters, Petuna Ocean Trout, and Black Angus from NSW. Over 500 local and imported wines proudly poured.
