This was not even remotely a restaurant experience. I bought into the Gordon Ramsay name, expecting so much better than we got. The only service we received was being shown the QR code with which to order our food. The 1st knife that I chose couldn't be used because it was dirty. I had asked for vinegar for my chips. This came in a bowl, yet I had nothing (e.g. a spoon) with which to sprinkle it onto my chips. We didn't finish 'dirty' fries, because they were awful. However, at NO point were we asked how our food was, including when the plates were picked up and not empty. My husband didn't want me to make a fuss, so I thought I would wait until the end of our meal, at point of payment. However, payment, including a service charge, had already been taken at point of ordering. A truly disappointing experience.

We ordered on the app as instructed, waited 40 minutes for our drinks and had to chase them to get them. Our side of mac n cheese was brought out before our mains and they had to check our order on our app to see what we had ordered. Then took the side away and brought back a few minutes later with our mains. We had a voucher which included two burgers and unlimited soft drinks, however when ordering there was not an option for the refillable soft drinks and therefore we got charged for these. When paying we were told we could not pay cash, but nowhere in the venue did it say this. The optional service charge is a joke considering they did it was all basically self service.

Burger and chips were excellent and the service was incredible, if I'm ever at the o2 again I will definitely go in again for lunch

Null Service, Laden war leer obwohl kaum Reservationsslots offen waren. Der Burger reiner Durchschnitt. Kann man als Tourist mit gutem,Gewissen auslassen. Das Ramsay sinen Namen unter so eine Bude setzt überrascht.

It was not all it was hyped up to be very disappointing. Too much salt on fries. Burger fell apart when you bit into it so very messy.

Struggled to get on wifi to order. Order took over half an hour. Food sitting on counter for a while. Had run out of low alcohol beer. Glass of lemonade £7.50! Service charge automatically added despite service only bringing items to table. Lots of staff but no personal service. Other tables (bigger groups) seemed to have a more personal waiter service. Not one came to check everything was ok! Wouldn’t say it was a ‘wow’ burger or worth £20. Doubt we will go again. Shame as liked Gordon Ramsey street pizza places.

Really nice burger (smash)- bit smaller than I thought it would be though. Plain Chips had slightly odd seasoning. £20 for that burger is on the high side. I’d still go back though.

When I booked, I was asked if it was a special occasion. I noted it was my son’s 8th birthday. No one mentioned it, did anything or acknowledged it. What’s the point of asking if they are not going to do anything. The food was good, but that was all.
