GR Street Burger : Covent Garden - The 4 of us enjoyed the food. We’ve had a lot of burgers in our time so happy to rate our experience. My son gave the idiots burger 10/10, me and my daughter had the ménage a trios both voted 8/10 enjoyed it but were left wondering if we’d made the wrong choice. Picked red onion taste dominated my mouth. Husband rated his Hell’s Kitchen burger 9/10. Onion rings were phenomenal x chips/fries excellent. Only let down for me were ladies toilets : walls visually not clean, dirt in corners - needs sorting - sorry. Would visit restaurant again x

Music too loud. Very average burgers. Miserable staff. Object to paying service charge when I order via QR code and not actually being waited on!

Disappointed sadly considering the brand. Very noisy sat near the kitchen. One man doing everything front of house so little by way of customer service. Told to wait when we asked for the bill. Those eating beef burgers enjoyed then but the chicken in the chicken burgers was tough as if reheated. Won’t be returning.

Celebrated my daughter’s 12th birthday, service was super fast , friendly and efficient! Food was fabulous! Great price:) 5* value and tastiness

I left the restaurant feeling quite disappointed - I was unable to eat everything :) The food and service was fantastic, The staff were really friendly and helpful. All the food came really quick and was great and tasty, I did order too much though so no matter how much I tried I just could not finish my food. This is my second time eating at a Gordon Ramsey Street Burger Resturant and I hope not the last, Great food at a great price.

We received our drinks when we already had our food. We had to remind them we ordered water and ketchup. We got asked 3 times if we wanted any desserts but were never brought any dessert menus. The burgers were average and pretty small for the price. £7 for 7 small onion rings. And then got charged £27 in service charge! Wouldn’t return.

Food is excellent, staff are friendly, only problem is we had a 15% service charge (£7.84) added to the bill. Not quite sure what the service was as we ordered and paid for the food via an app. The only interaction we had with the staff was to be taken to the table, have out food delivered and the table cleaned. I always tip my servers, bit this was worth a couple if quid at most, no one did anything that was above and beyond. Appreciate this is the way the industry is going to enable employers to pay their staff less. Appreciate I have the option to refuse to pay it. But I had to search on the app to see this hidden option and would then have speak to a server, being English it’s not something we really do.
