   Service was good but took an hour to get entrees. Way too slow when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Put a damper on our special occasion.

   It seemed like a typical casino high end restaurant that is kind of trying to be high end. Service was average mostly pleasant. Terribly expensive for a decent food experience. I don't want to pick it apart. I'm in the food business but very forgiving. It's just too expensive for above average food. Paying for the name and casino connection. It's for people getting comped free meals. It just wasn't that special.

   The food is DELICIOUS!!! The service - from being greeted and seated by the hostess to the server and her assistant is TOP NOTCH!! The General Manager walks around checking on the customers - making sure we’re all having the best experience. Everyone seemed to be having a great time! My favorite is the LAMB with Fingerling Potatoes!! YUMMY! My husband loves the steaks. If I could make one recommendation it would be that they find another to prepare their baked potatoes so those of us who don’t eat pork but love baked potatoes can order them too!!

   Our server, Nyshia, was superb. Food was excellent, and the general manager, Brent, was attentive and engaging. Celebrating our anniversary couldn’t have been more enjoyable.

   BOTTOM LEVEL FOOD with Chef Miike: We had dinner here in the spring of 2022 and the food was amazing. Our waiter was friendly and the service was top notch. We asked how often Chef Ramsay came to this restaurant, and he said that Chef Christina came once a month to ensure top quality. Fast forward to April 2025: We made reservations, and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. We did not realize that this was a bad omen. Our server was friendly and provided great service. We ordered scallops and he came back a few minutes after to say that the kitchen was out of scallops. Baltimore is the hub of seafood, and we were surprised that a restaurant on the Chesapeake Bay would run out of scallops. So we ordered sea bass. We also asked our waiter if Chef Christina was coming to this restaurant, and he said that have a chef from the Gordon Ramsay company come once a year. The sea bass came and is was smothered in a curry sauce. It had a very fishy taste, so we sent it back. The potato puree had no seasoning so we asked for some salt and pepper as it was very bland. The biscuits were dry as if they had been under a hot lamp for a few hours. The $56 sea bass entree (6 ounces) tasted old. The waiter removed the sea bass from our bill. When we paid, we talked to manager that the food was not very good compared to the last time. The manager said that he could not understand how the sea bass tasted fishy since they had gotten it a week ago. Then the light bulb went off in my head: frozen sea bass and frozen potato puree. It all made sense. Gordon Ramsay is selling frozen food dinners at Walmart, and he’s stocking his restaurant chains with frozen food items too, for Chef Mike aka Chef Microwave. That’s why the sea bass was smothered in a curry sauce to hide the frozen-reheated taste. I told the manager that I was going to write a review, and he gave me his business card and said he would ‘comp” the next meal. I’ll pass on "comped" frozen food.

    We had a perfect evening. It was my son’s 11th birthday and it was his surprise because he loves GR shows and steak! The GM at the restaurant gave him a sweatshirt for his birthday at the end of the night and he was on cloud 9….great family evening
