   Bar was slow and drinks had to be returned many times. Protein entrees were the only thing that was very good. Service was clunky and food was cold

   The food was small portions, compared to the Hells Kitchen in DC and Vegas, the Beef Wellington was smaller, it was supposed to come with mash potatoes but it was just a teaspoon on the plate. The filet was excellent, prices way to high for this establishment but there hardly anyone in the restaurant and so you can tell they have cutbacks.

   We have been to Gordon Ramsay Steak around 8 times between 2020 and 2022 and everything was excellent. This visit, we were surprised at how the quality seems to have gone down and the prices have gone up. Service was okay but nowhere near as attentive as we have been used to. We ordered the seafood tower and the first batch of crabs legs were pretty mushy and tasted off. Luckily the awesome General Manager Brent took care of us and got us much better quality crab legs. My wife's Steak was well prepared but my medium-rare wellington ended up being closer to medium well. Overall, pretty meh; especially how we had been spoiled in the past.

   I have been to many of Ramsays restaurant and this one was seriously disappointing. The setting was not as vibrant and inviting as the others. Maybe it was the drab casino it was in. The soup was good but seemed that it was microwaved. The Wellington was not close to what I had at Hell’s Kitchen or Steak in Vegas. The steak was underwhelming, a bit on dry side and lacked a lot of the flavor I’m used too. The accompaniments were lacking as well. (Not enough) Coffee was incredible. Service was fantastic as well. My waitress was pleasant and very attentive and the hostess was very welcoming. I paid for a five star meal but only received a 2.5 star meal. I write this as I enjoy a meal at Hells Kitchen in Washington DC, which has not disappointed.

   Great food great service, went at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Everything turned out perfect. Customer service was excellent, they validate parking as well.

    My wife and I have tried Gordon Ramsay Steak several times and it's consistently very good. We shared lobster risotto as an appetizer and both went with the beef wellington for our recent date night. Very much hit the spot. It's surprising how light the wellington feels as you bite into it.
