Food was very good although the burger was way overcooked. They did make a new one. Service was AWFUL! We had to refill our own water glasses. Took 28 minutes to get our corrected check (we were charged for the refired burger). Then took almost 15 minutes for her to process the credit card. She couldn't explain any of the menu items except to say it was chefs selection. Not sure we will go back solely based on service!

It was OK....just OK. My wife loved her dish after sending it back once due to wrong temp. If you're gonna charge that much, I had better be right. My dish, the lamb meal, had two lamb lollipops, at different temps and neither the temp I ordered. The toffee dessert, that came highly recommended, was just meh.

For $300 (without alcohol), I would have expected better.

On a positive note, my waitress was very pleasant.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the ambiance. The service was excellent! The steaks and baked potato were outstanding. There were five in my party and all of them were delighted with the food and the service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a date night or a special occasion. I look forward to dining at Gordon Ramsey in the future. I will be going to Las Vegas and will probably dine at the Gordon Ramsey in Paris Hotel.

Our dining experience at Gordon Ramsay Steak at the Horseshoe Casino was outstanding. We had a wonderful time enjoying the nice ambience, the professional and pleasant staff, and superb food. Our server Mizan was excellent; knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and attentive but not over-bearing. We ate the oysters for starter, Beef Wellington for our main course and we split the Sticky Toffee Cake for dessert. It was plenty for two people! The food was all excellent and very tasty. The Beef Wellington was flavorful and made to perfection. Our visit was all we had expected and more!

The food was absolutely incredible. My boyfriend and I are huge Gordon Ramsey fans so we knew going in the food would be amazing. It was my first time eating beef Wellington and it was on the money! The filet mignon was so tender and the flavor was to die for. For the appetizer I got the beet salad with goat cheese. It was a very different taste then I am used to with a beet salad but it was smooth and elegant with crunch from toasted pumpernickel. My boyfriend ordered the beef tartar (not pictured) but it was so flavorful and accompanied by in house kettle chips which were light, flavorful, and crispy. All in all, the food was everything we hoped it to be.
For the price you pay I would have loved a little more energy and help from our waiter but it was a good experience nonetheless.

Reservation said we had a birthday.
Told hostess we had a birthday.
Told server we had a birthday.
Ordered a featured desert (sticky toffee pudding)
No candle? Nothing special whatsoever?

Good thing the food (apart from cold sides w/ wellington) made the experience worth it.

Everything was phenomenal. Our waiter Jonathan was incredible. WE never had to ask for anything. He made suggestions when asked. All of his recommendations were Spot on. He explained that my entree, Beef Wellington, would take a few extra minutes and if I was ok with that. He suggested my drink The English Sidecar. It was fantastic. He went over the menu in detail, gave us an appropriate amount of time to decide, Answered the questions we had and made sure our order was correct.
The staff that refilled and cleared the tables were discreetly always around. The gentleman who came out with our waiter with our food explained in detailed everything on the plate.
Food was cooked exactly as ordered. It was the perfect medium rare. My husband had the Wagyu and I had the Beef Wellington. The mushrooms we had as side items were off the charts.
We ordered the Sticky Toffee pudding and it did not disappoint.
The manager come by to make sure everything was ordered and cooked correctly.
Greatest Birthday meal I have ever had.

AMAZING start to finish. My wife and I went out for a date night after getting a raving review from a friend. The service and food was fantastic. I highly recommend it.

The lighting was a little brighter in the main dining room than we are used to (makes it easier to see one another and your food lol) but other than that we loved the entire experience.

Service was good enough. Not the best (not as good as the price)

Food:
- Appetizer: ate gnocchi - was pretty bad (not sure why it's even a menu in this restaurant)
- Steak: was really good

The meal was perfection from the appetizer to dessert and wine!. This was our first visit on New Year’s Eve and we chose the NYE menu. The attention to detail and freshness in every dish, we found ourselves saying “wow” after every first bite. Superb! Will definitely make this a “special occasion” repeat.

We went here for New Year's Eve so, of course, there was a limited menu but still pretty much everything on the regular menu was available. I ordered lobster tail and King crab legs and my husband ordered the 20 oz. rib eye and shrimp. Everything was delicious - especially the crab legs :) Service was great although I did sit with two empty water glasses for about 10 minutes and we never got a refill of bread we had asked for but I would definitely go there again for a special occasion!

We checked in exactly at 7:30 for our 7:30 reservation. Receptionist said our table would be ready in 10 minutes. At 7:45, I inquired again about our table and told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Knew something wan't right since no one around us had been seated. Finally, at 8:45 we were seated in the back of a room that was off from the main dining room that they usually use for private parties so don't know what the rest of the restaurant was like. Food wasn't spectacular. The best thing was the pork belly appetizer. For the money, I would go to the Prime Rib, instead. In the end, they did do right by comping us on the appetizer and wine, which was a nice gesture.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary at Ramsay’s steakhouse to make it special and the Staff at the restaurant made sure we had unforgotable evening. Starting from complementary champagne for my husband to assuring I got a non- alcoholic beverage to be able to toast and celebrate our day also! What a thoughtfulness- I apploude the Staff and management for providing service beyond expectation! We had at least 5 different Staff members approach us and wish us “Happy Anniversary”- they didn’t have to- yet again they made sure we got to celebrate it. The food was delicious- we picked Truffle Fries as an appetizer and Beef Willington and Filet Mignon as main course. The meat was so soft, well prepared, juicy and melting in our mouth- we decided to share since we couldn’t decide who is getting what! For the sides we picked Brussel Sprouts and Mac and Cheese- we were both mesmerized how much creativity went into preparing the Brussels Sprouts. The Mac and Cheese was average for our taste- we were neither disappointed or impressed. We made sure to save some space for the dessert- we went with Sticky Toffee pudding served with ice cream and it was a perfect combination of all flavors assuring the sweetness of toffee was not overpowering the rest of the dish. We were truly impressed and definitely will be back to celebrate more special occasions.

You expect a certain level of service from a restaurant with Ramsey in the name and this restaurant did not disappoint. We were treated like royalty including my little boy who was celebrating his 11th birthday.

I was nervous about a "Maryland" crab cake but again, did not disappoint. Ramsey took the heart of Baltimore and put it on a plate. It's the best crab cake I've ever had. Born and raised here and this was Maryland "crab snob" approved.

Everything was wonderful. I could not have had a better experience shy of meeting the owner himself. I will definitely be dining here again. As will all my friends because I have talked about nothing else since we left.

On a 5 star scale my son rates this experience as a 10 million. He was treated like a king with a memory to last a lifetime.

Thank you for helping me make his day feel so special.

I brought my aunt here to celebrate her 68th birthday. The hostesses were super friendly and we were seated right away. Our server Sara/Sarah was outstanding! It was our first time dining there and she informed us about everything on the menu. The guy who brought out our food provided these great descriptions on what we were eating. The presentation on the plates was everything! Every item that hit our table was DELICIOUS!!!

The employees were A-1! It was great how they came by to check on us and wish my aunt a happy birthday.

I highly recommend!

I have just gotten engaged and wanted to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday which is December 25… Christmas. I have been waiting all year and have eaten at your restaurant on several occasions. I finally decided to order the $90- $95 steak and was very, very disappointing.

I don’t know if there was due to the holiday schedule, but the chef did not prepare the steak to our liking. The steak was dried and we only ate a small portion. I had gotten sick later on in the evening. As a food investigator for the federal government for over 35 years, I feel that the dish was improperly prepared and is a stain on Chef Ramsey’s reputation.

Quite a nice place but seriously overpriced. I get it. you are paying for the name and the ambiance but its not worth a 4 $$ menu. Morton's is a 3 $$ steak place, yet its steaks are another level above Gordon Ramsay's Steak. Morton's Cajun Ribeye is still the best steak I've ever had, from anywhere in the world. Benny's in Chicago is similarly priced and comes in a close second to Morton's in taste and quality. Excellent food there as well.

Don't get me wrong, the food at GR-Steak is great but not Morton's great. However, the Brussel Sprouts and mushrooms were the best I've ever had. The deserts were also fabulous, simply top notch options. I would still recommend people go to Gordon Ramsay Steak for a luxurious fun time but it is very expensive for your troubles.
