   I went into this with an open mind, but I must be honest. I wanted something to nitpick about. Well, there was absolutely nothing to complain about or nitpick about. The best I could come up with is that there were no salt and pepper shakers on the table.....Yup, that is about it. The food was terrific. The beef Wellington was insanely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The ambiance, energy, and vibe were electric yet not obnoxiously loud, where you couldn't converse with your party. Our server was August, I believe that was his name. He was terrific, helpful, and hilarious when interacting with my 17-year-old son. He was great and an asset to your organization. However, I have a friendly bone to pick with him regarding the San Pellegrino. He will know what I mean, lol!!!! It was a fantastic experience, and I will repeat whenever I am in town.    Food is way overpriced and not as good as hyped up to be. I wanted to check the place out but more than likely will never return.

   Great food, great service. The lobster “enhancement” was not even a third of a lobster tail so although it was good, definitely overpriced. They had good vegan, dairy free, gluten free and alcohol free options. Also, adding a mandatory 20% service charge and then telling people to tip top of that seems a bit much. Overall, still a really good dining experience.

   Amazing. We’re huge fans of Gordon Ramsey. This was our first time eating at one of his restaurants and it was amazing!!! There was not a single crumb left on the plates. 100% recommend

   Leo went to Hell. Hell’s Kitchen that is. Chef Gordon Ramsay is Leo’s favorite chef and he is obsessed with the show. So as a very late 16th birthday gift, I surprised Leo yesterday with dinner at this famed restaurant on our last night in DC. What a fantastic experience! Our wonderful server Danny also gifted Leo a cloth napkin with the monogrammed initials as a birthday gift. DINNER Braised ribs with mac and cheese for Leo. Roast chicken with parsnip purée and Brussels sprouts. DESSERT Orange chocolate trifle for Leo. Signature warm toffee pudding for me. Thank you to Danny and the entire staff for making Leo’s 16th birthday so much more memorable. It was fun as folks also came by to ask Leo about his hair. Now please hurry up and open a Hell’s Kitchen in Minnesota, Chef Ramsay!

   I made a comment when I put in for our reservation that this was going to be our 6th year anniversary. Not even 30 seconds after we arrived and were seated, we were greeted with champagne and congratulations on our anniversary. Everyone was kind and wanted us to have a great night. Even when our dessert was brought out, they lit candles and wrote congratulations. It was a perfect dinner for the occasion!

   I’ve been to Hell’s Kitchen many times and this was the first time I’ve ever had to look around for my server. Once we were seated, it took about 10 minutes for someone to come to our table to even acknowledge us. This is unacceptable for someone we are now being forced to pay a 20% surcharge for, in addition to gratuity. The service here is normally A1.
