   We had a fantastic time here for our 10th anniversary celebration! This is the 3rd time we have returned to this restaurant. The staff was so attentive. The food was delicious and that is why we chose to come back to Hell’s Kitchen. They know how to give you a beautiful experience and the food is top notch. I had the Lobster risotto and later the braised ribs. It was so delicious. We both topped it off with the toffee pudding. We both enjoyed our evening and it gave us the perfect feeling for 10yrs together! Every bite is scrumptious!!

   From pre-lunch drinks to desserts, everything was delicious and the service was on point. Expensive but worth it.

   Apps were great. Main course was average. For the price you pay, I expect the quality of an entree to be much better than it was. Premade cocktails rather pricey and not that amazing.

   Everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the view was stunning, and our server Jack was fantastic!

   I have always enjoyed visiting Hell's Kitchen in DC. I love the environment and have always experienced friendly and outstanding staff. However, last night, our server rarely came to our table. It took forever to receive our main course, and the server even forgot my to-go order, so I had to wait even longer. This was followed by a 20% automatic tip added to the bill for a party of four. I suppose less qualified servers are employed since the 20% tip is automatically applied, regardless of the service quality.

   Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful and the views are wonderful. The food was delicious. I had the Crab Roll with Fries and the Passionfruit Mocktail. So amazing it all was! Be back again and again.

   We are superfans of Gordon Ramsay and Hell's Kitchen, so we were looking forward to celebrating my fiancé's birthday at this renown restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was unwelcoming from our first encounter with the hostess. When we were seated at our table, we were not greeted by a waiter for 20 minutes with none in sight, I had to ask a busser for a water and menu! Finally, a waiter attended our table and we asked if he was our waiter. He looked confused and said he was now. Clearly, there were issues between the staff, and it directly impacted our experience at Hell's Kitchen in a negative way. We believed that the food was not as it is portrayed to be on TV, with the serving sizes incredibly smaller and not what we expected of Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen. Overall, our experience was unpleasant and as huge fans, we were ultimately disappointed.

    Food was good, except the chicken. Don’t get the chicken. However you are charged a 20% service fee that is split between wait staff and kitchen plus you are verbally and in writing asked to tip you waiter still. That is a lot. 40% of a meal should NOT be on gratuities and service fees. Just up the cost of menu pricing and pay your people better instead of making the customers burden to figure out.
