   Ordered the Idiot burger because it sounded amazing and upgraded to onion rings. The presentation was gorgeous. The short rib was flavorful and the burger was cooked nicely. But when I took a bite, the strong flavor of an acidic tomato was the only flavor in my mouth. I think it’s the tomato chutney they use but it was very overpowering. So much that I never tasted any of the burger or short rib when I ate it as a sandwich. When I took the bun and tomatoes off, and just ate the short rib and burger, the flavors were fine. The onion rings were also a miss. The batter was too thick on some parts of the rings, leaving a gummy, chewy texture as if they were not fully cooked. We had to send it back and swapped it for truffle fries instead. Those were okay. My mom had a HK burger which was delicious but the avocado was slightly underripe so it was hard and slipping out. Taste wise, it was flavorful though. She stuck with the just fries and those were my favorite with their house made chipotle ketchup (not spicy at all). Service was outstanding from the hostess stand until we left. But I probably won’t be back for food. $30+ burger and $12 fries demand near perfection and we didn’t get that here.

   The service was great. However, there was a bristle from the butter brush on my burger. I thought it was a hair but the chef told the waiter it was a bristle and brought the same burger back for me to eat. He said the chef said it was no big deal. I wasn’t happy about that. So he asked the chef to make me a new one. I would expect a better response from a chef.

   Excellent burgers - and brunch options! Fantastic drinks. Recommend giving the onion rings a try.

   My burger was dry even thought I asked for pink, it came well done. I was with friends & I didn’t want to make a fuss. The server was good but she also forgot to change one of our orders from fries to onion rings, although she did correct the order after it was pointed out to her.

   The experience was great ok overall. I was expecting more from the chicken sandwich and fries though. My burger at 33 dollars was a tad underwhelming. It was a fun time, the wait staff were excellent and the wings were some of the best I’ve had. Overall 3

   Sat on the patio early evening so fun vibe and temperature was quite comfortable Our server was outstanding and really added to the fun of the evening Solid burgers. Try the bramble for a refreshing gin based drink not overly sweet like others. Chicken salad was probably the only low point Overall fun and solid for a chain style restaurant

   The chicken Caesar salad was 2 cos lettuce heads with shredded chicken and dressing over the top. The burger was substandard, and the price was expensive

   It was the most amazing hamburger I have ever tasted. The burger was succulent, very big and nothing fell apart. Onion rings were done to perfection, crispy and absolutely delicious. Well do to our wonderful server. I birthday not to be forgotten.

    GR was the first “celebrity “ restaurant I have ever visited and it did not disappoint! Reservations were easily made and we were seated promptly. The server was knowledgeable and very attentive. The food was spot on delicious (I had the blue cheese burger) and cooked to perfection. The fries were wonderful and seasoned perfectly. I had the plain fries while my guest had the truffle fries. They too were cooked well along with her burger the Hells Kitchen Burger. Highly recommend.
