If you want well done order “a little pink” the waitress described it as medium well and it definitely was more done than that. The “well done” was charred.

I normally don’t write reviews, but our service was terrible! My husband and I sat at the table for a good 15 minutes before we saw our waitress. When we did see her she took our drink and food order. We then waited another 15-20 minutes to get our drink order. When our food arrived she never came back to check on us. We finally had to ask a manager to bring condiments to the table. The food was ok, but not great. We will not eat there again. Such a shame we had a great experience at the original Burger location in Plant Hollywood.

Our waiter was good. But they got food wrong Then when we asked about it, the expediter got snotty about it like it was our fault. Then when they brought out the salad, it had so much dressing, we couldn’t even eat it! They just need more training. This was our first time at this location, we will give them another try.

There were 4 of us and we all tried different sandwiches. The best 2 were the wagyu burger and idiot burger. But the chicken sandwich and the blue cheeseburger.

Food was good. Very small portion of fries. Real drawback was how cold they kept it in the restaurant. We were all freezing which made it hard to really enjoy the food. We were happy to leave and go outside just to warm up.

Food delicious but service felt very rushed from the waiter, didn’t even ask if we wanted another drink or dessert before putting the bill down on the table.
