Happy Hour daily from 4-7pm and 10pm-close with food and drink specials in the bar and lounge area.
It was a good experience. It was a little quiet where we were seated. It was a girl's night before going to the Queen concert, and it may have been more fun by the bar. Plus, we were told we couldn't order happy hour drinks unless we had been seated by the bar. Now that I think about it, we should've moved! The food was good, and the drinks were good. It was a bit dark and hard to read the menu though.
Staff was great, food came quick, drinks were perfect. Would definitely eat there again!
A mistake. When you're in New Orleans and go to a place with typical American food, it's your own fault. This was garden variety stuff - nothing imaginative or particularly favorable. It's pretty much a Chili's or what Bennigan's, back before Bennigan's mercifully went out of business.
When you're in New Orleans, eat at one of the hundreds of outstanding Cajun restaurants.
Service was great! Food was delicious.
Ok place - waiter was low energy. Tacos not good
We made reservations earlier for 6:45 and were seated immediately after entering. 20 min later someone asked if we had been helped yet NO, apparently they forgot to tell our waitress. She was very nice and apologized even though it was not her fault. Ordered our drinks came in a dirty chipped glass from the bar and had to be returned. Appetizers came about 7:30. We didn’t get our dinner until 8. We were in NO visiting and have eating in at least 25 places locally so far this place is not a place you want to go to. It’s by hotels and casinos but I’d recommend walking a little further down. The food was ok, but not worth the wait.
Our server, Diamond, is awesome. She made our dining experience over the top. We were celebrating our mother's birthday. Diamond made my mother feel so special. Thank you Diamond!
Our waitress was great in all respects! The poor service rating is based on management's failure to hire and provide sufficient waitstaff. For example, our main attraction to this restaurant over several years has been its beautiful patio dining area. On the last couple of visits, we were told there is no table service in the patio due to insufficient waitstaff. New Orleanians enjoy outdoor dining - until things change to once again accommodate customers with that service, we will not be motivated to return.
Food and service were both outstanding. Our charming waitress, Emily, was very attentive, warm, and welcoming. We were visiting tourists to the Big Easy and she was very helpful and answered all our questions about the city. The food arrived quickly and was excellent. Portion sizes were reasonable for the price point. All in all, a great dining experience.
Very good dining experience...service could have been a little better, but we'll return when in the area.
Food was amazing! Try the cheese curds and the schnitzle. Great selection of brews. Yum!! Expect to pay a little more but worth it!
Great food. Dominique was a gracious server and the overall experience was wonderful.
Food was delicious. The staff and service were excellent and very attentive. Great place
My son and I were going to the Willie Nelson concert at Harrah's and decided GB was convenient and the quality of food was good. We had eaten at GB elsewhere, and we knew we would get good service and just what we expected. We will be back!
Needed a quick place for lunch near the convention center. I had heard about this place from others and they were able to seat a party of 7 quickly. All the food was fantastic from the Waugh burgers to my Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps. It was a bit disappointing that they were out of many of the beer options. All in all, a good lunch choice.
Michael was great - spicy chicken lettuce wraps were tasty - kids
Awesome food and beers!
Excellent choice for an early dinner before going to a show. Dinner selection were numerous, the food was delicious and the price was more than fair. Our server was great and service was timely. We’ll be back on our next trip to NOLA.
The food and the service were very good. Would recommend.
Hannah our waitress was attentive and suggested alternate beers when the restaurant was out of a selection. The Asian chicken bites were just warmed up fried chicken pieces with sauce and were soggy. The “slaws” were grated carrots and cabbage no sauce. The yellowfin tuna crackers/flatbread were stale.
Great food, beer and service!
Great place to get a quick bite outside of Bourbon Street
Chef Andrew walked by and checked in on us and answered the couple questions we had. Definitely going back.
Lots of variety— great food and great service
We ate here while staying at the Hilton Riverside for a convention. We were seated quickly and our server was very friendly. Our food arrived very quickly, and it was delicious! The fried cheese curds and seafood cobb salad were both great.
Service was great. Food was good too except the first pretzel which came out ice cold but they brought another one and it was great, too. Enjoyed the cocktails and the game. Go cowboys.
The food and drinks were great but our waiter was slow and inattentive. Our drinks including our waters were empty for quite a while before he asked if we’d like more. You don’t have to ask, just keep the water glasses full. Would have ordered more beers but didn’t want to wait a long time for them. I do like this restaurant and will give it another try.
Great food, friendly service, tasty drinks!
We had a GREAT time celebrating two birthdays.Special Thank you to Savanna our waitres she was super.
Great service, reasonable prices, fun atmosphere and quality food. WhT more can one ask for.
Had the coconut shrimp appetizer, was not good. Over cooked greasy with very little coconut flavor. Was evidently frozen B4 cooking. Entre was Brats with signature garlic fries and apple cider slaw. Don't order fries if going on a date, heavy garlic taste. However, the apple slaw had very little to no apple flavor. Brats tasted like Johnsonville supermarket Brats. Beer was excellent. Wish I had gotten a pizza.
Loved the appetizers, very unique and different from most restaurants. Loved the big pretzel with bratwurst, and the dips with it. Had salad with seafood, avocado, etc. Had to split it was so huge, & very good. Am going to see if one in Illinois. Waiter Christian was very nice and attentive, great service. We had a very nice time and prices weren't bad.
Service was great! Food was great but the kale salad was dry. Didn't have enough dressing.
I went to Gordon Biersch with DH and some co-workers. I love their locally drafted beer and the Lobster and Shrimp Mac n Cheese! I liked that we were able to have a conversation and actually hear what the other person had to say. Happy Hour was a 21 oz cup of beer for $4! I typically don't drink beer but was it hot day and the beer really hit the spot.
advertises itself as a German beer house but much f the menu is American. Didn't drink the beer so cant comment on that. service was good and attentive
Visited this restaurant after a full day at the world war 2 museum. This restaurant has a great selection of proprietary beers and we went with the summer brew which was light and refreshing. The service was prompt and attentive and we shared a tuna back appetizer which was delicious. They cook great burgers to the desired temperature which us great. I enjoyed the Cajun pasta which was beautifully cooked. Great meal.
Dinner was wonderful. The prices were very reasonable and the service was good. We’ll definitely be back.
Consistently good food and several menu items not often found when dining casually.
Not a fan of the new menu. I realize the simplified menu is the result of market research, but I still miss the variety and my favorite items.
Be sure to tell them at check in you have open table reservations because I let them know I had a reservation and they submitted my dining as a no-show.
