Ambience, food and tea were all very nice. The service, unfortunately, was very bad. We had to wait 30 minutes to get our tea, then were not asked if we wanted more food until we'd been there for an hour and half and were ready to leave. Servers barely checked in on us even though there were several of them for only a handful of tables. Definitely not worth the expensive price.

Goldie's afternoon tea was outstanding! Great atmosphere, excellent food and delicious tea and champagne. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

It was lovely. Our host, Lisa, was so great! Food was tremendous! Tea was delicious!

Given the hotel that this place is in you know it is going to be good to great. This place threads the needle between both spots. My only gripes really are that the drinks can sometimes take WAY too long to get made for such a small spot and that the wine list is completely lacking any sort of creativity. Typically spots in places of this caliber and price point know their audience and it is clear whoever is running their bar program does not understand that. Don't just mark up the most mediocre bottle of wine your distributor pushes on you, actually curate an experience. STOP BEING LAZY. Anyways, it's an awesome spot to meet for a work drink or to have a start to a date night. Just manage your expectations on the drinks and wine.

We loved the experience! The room got a little warm later in the afternoon but an overall great ambiance. The food was all great and more than enough to fill us up.
