As always, a wonderful family dinner. The cocktails were so impresive which included fanciful presentations and delicious concotions. We all loved our selections from the regular menu as well as the Turkey dinner that my husband ordered. We will definately return.

This restaurant was lovely. My wife and I had Thanksgiving dinner here and from the moment we drove up and were greeted by the valet our experience was terrific. Greeted by our waiter and the service was exceptional. The food was delicious and amazing. All of the staff we met were wonderful people. We will return for sure.

The holiday diner was sad . 1 piece of turkey each, 2 tablespoons of potato’s and creamed corn. Never asked for coffee refill. Had to come home and eat.

Thanksgiving meal. Excellent server and support staff. Ambiance, on point. Mash potatoes, green beans came out cold, gravy was lukewarm. Other items of the meal were great. Pumpkin cheese cake was a 10 out of 10. Paying 98.00 per plate, nothing should come out room temperature thats supposed to be hot. I’ve eaten here in the past and it’s been wonderful.

The most incredible dinner, restaurant and service I have ever had. Jonhathan and Kliment went above and beyond along with all the employees. We were treated like royalty. I would highly recommend the restauraunt.

Our dinner which was highly anticipated, was disappointing. we had a party of seven and could only get a 745 reservation which was later than we would’ve liked. When we arrived, there was almost no one in the restaurant. The service was very good. The salads and desserts were quite good, and the laminated bread was outstanding. How ever the entrées were not. The steak was over cooked, which even the chef acknowledged and offered to replace. Schnitzel was almost inedible , the lamb was good, the scallops and salmon were nothing special. For such a high price, it was not a good value. We would not recommend it to others, Particularly since there are so many other good restaurants to choose from in the Deer Valley Park City area.

Goldener Hirsh has truly gotten to be outstanding. Truly fine dining in Park City. We had salads, chicken, the vegetarian dish all excellent. The Pavlova for dessert is a real treat, dont miss it!!! We live in town and this is by far the best!!!

A gem of a find for us. We had been on the road for a few weeks and were on our way home. This was the antithesis of that food and just what we needed. We started with some craft cocktails that were different but superbly delicious. To start the meal, we had Gazpacho and Wild Mushroom soup. Both soups were out of this world. Next, we had the Tomato Tarte Tatin with Fromage. Again, our taste buds were dancing. Since this is a Bavarian themed restaurant, we of course ordered the Weiner Schnitzel for our main course. The wine list is decent with some good by the glass options including some Corovin only selections that were superb such as the Spottswood Cabernet. Dessert did not disappoint. We finished off with the Chocolate Fondue with berries, cake, marshmallows, and cookies to dip into some warm gooey chocolate while we sipped some excellent Cappuccino. If you are in Park City, Utah it would be a mistake to miss this place for a meal.

Best restaurant in the Park City area for excellent food and service. I would put this place easily up with some of the best places in NY. The only point I would make is the views through the windows, not the inside at all which is elegant, is not picturesque at least from our table.

The service was decent and our waiter was helpful with wine selection and friendly. However, the prices are very high and the quality wasn’t there. The Wiener schnitzel, which is supposed to be their specialty was horrible. The grilled octopus was so tough I could hardly cut it. The lobster tagliatelle wasn’t very special either. The filet was tender and cooked well, but very bland flavor. Many of us split and the meal was still over $1000. We left disappointed.

Robert and crew were exceptional. Great to have someone from Italy to suggest a wine for our meal. The chef and crew sent out exceptional food and were plated beautifully. Unfortunately 5 unruly adolescents were allowed in the dining room unaccompanied by their parents. There were rowdy and swearing at each other and being physical to the youngest boy. Very sad to see considering their parents were not present. We'll be back though.

Our waiter did not return to the table to check on our cooking temperature, and my steak was under cooked rare with two bottles of wine that we paid $100 for corkage, never poured wine glass. We also had a birthday and expected something for dessert and never was offered it. Will not be returning again. We are a long time. Park City patrons. my steak was under cooked rare

Long time fan. Love the fondue (no apples this time?) Corkage fee at $50 is quite high as are wine prices. We will come back for the fondue but probably won’t be recommending the restaurant.

We had really excellent and friendly service. We’ve been here once before over Christmas and had a lovely meal. However, this time we felt like things were a little off. The mulled wine didn’t taste very strong, and our fondue arrived looking half full. We ordered a second round of cheese (just for two people, so you can imagine how little cheese was served!) Sadly the second round of cheese also tasted less strong, as if it was watered down by a cheaper cheese. Our waiter was so kind so we didn’t want to say anything. We ended up being charged a full second fondue price for the second order of cheese. Disappointing, and probably will not return again.

For years, we have come to the Goldener Hirsch for great meals. Unfortunately, the prices are so high these days that we have decided not to go as frequently. No reason to have entrees over $60.

Enjoyed the Cheese Fondue and really appreciated the gluten free bread option. Excellent service. Food was good, perhaps we had too high expectations. The Schnitzel was underwhelming. Large, but underwhelming.

No background music so table noise was louder than usual. Nice ambiance and great service. The fondue is a fun selection, but the wagyu selection did not taste like traditional wagyu. The Weiner schnitzel was a nice portion but the meat was a little dry. Deserts are lovely and nicely presented. This is a solid 4.5 out 5 with a few things that could elevate this German cuisine themed restaurant.

The food and service was very good. Must have the lamb meatballs with the fondue. Perfect! The duck was amazing and sauces were outstanding. The salmon Wellington was excellent. The deserts were delicious and well presented. Service was great as far as timeliness but our server could not answer any questions about the food or give preferences. Otherwise he was attentive and thorough. Hosts were amazing. Ambience is great. The hotel and restaurant is clean and makes you feel like you are in Austria. Great attention to detail. The Wienerschnitzel was so so and way overpriced. Expect to pay a premium for everything but especially the fondue. Price point should be more congruent to portions and quality. All said, will be back!

There was a special for prime rib for two to share. We asked for no extra salt in our food. Prime rib was extremely salty. It was also dry, almost like the rib was old. The waitress was wonderful. She was pleasant and professional. She exchanged the food for us.

Fondue Fondue Fondue!!! Cozy Swiss/Austrian Chalet. Schnitzel was just ok(overcooked). Waiter was nice but overwhelmed. Respectable wine list, and sommelier was great! Will definitely return during next year’s visit.
