Welcome! Glorietta is open daily from 5pm - 10pm.

You're a stranger here but once! Glorietta is an Italian Trattoria where the focus is handmade pasta and wood-fired cooking with expertly crafted cocktails and a value-oriented cellar of incredible Italian wines.

Glorietta is a balanced mix of warm, naturally-finished materials with simple tile surrounding a large wood-burning grill in the middle of the restaurant create a space that is tasteful but casual and fun. Our hearth is our heart.

The design reflects a menu that is expertly prepared without being fussy or pedantic. When possible, the menu folds in local ingredients to create curiously delicious meals all while paying homage to Italy.

I have been looking forward to visiting this restaurant for SO long. It has been at the top of my restaurant list and half the reason for this trip was to visit Glorietta. My husband and I were both so underwhelmed by the food. We started with the meatballs. I thought they were good but not anything Special. I got the fettuccine carbonara and my husband got the Ricotta Cavatelli. My husband complained of a very odd and off flavor about his pasta and I tried and agree as well. My pasta was very salty due to the pancetta I’m assuming but my issue more so lies with the fact that it went right through me and I could not get to a bathroom fast enough after eating. We have been saving up for this meal and were just disappointed! Maybe we had too high of expectations but I have had great Italian food and I was unimpressed with Glorietta, unfortunately.

The food was delicious, wish I could’ve ordered more but was stuffed. The wait staff was excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Glorietta is a charming restaurant with excellent food, a great wine list & cocktails, and a fantastic staff. I highly recommend it.

This is the best Italian food I have every had and that includes Italian food that I have had in the rustic Tuscan region in Italy. Ambience was wonderful and the staff were so nice and efficient. Was in Jackson Wy for 5 nights and ate there twice. Will be back.
