We usually have a great meal here, but last night the service was rather slow. They did not have our first choice in bottle of wine and it took a long time to let us know and find an alternative.

We took a tapas approach. The cheese croquettes were salty. The octopus would have been better in a different sauce, the mayo based sauce was overpowering. The tuna tartar was under dressed and plain. The steak tartar was ok, just needed salt and olive oil. Our waitress, Monet was great.

Great service, great food, great ambiance. After we received our drinks and placed our dinner order, they let my wife and I take our drinks and tour the glass museum. Located adjacent to the restaurant. From the hostess to the wait staff everything was wonderful. Our waitress was excellent!

Our server was extremely knowledgeable of allergens and the drinks menu. I would recommend this place for sure. It is just off of the main entrance of the hotel which felt a little out of place but if you can get past that it is worth the trip. The scallops were perfect and my friend’s vegan eggplant dish was incredible.

Prawns were ok, burrata and rhubarb was a surprisingly enjoyable dish and the pea risotto was cooked and seasoned well. Lobster ravioli was ineatable... lobster was overcooked and rubbery, pasta was undercooked and doughy, sauce was bitter it the point of rancid. The general atmosphere was loud and casual, I expected a more intimate/fine dining experience. There were no tablecloths, servers wore tennis shoes. It just generally was overpriced and unmemorable. The drinks were innovative. Maybe just go for the bar and art gallery.

We had a great evening. Cocktails were delish. We had the magenta then French 75. Food was very good. It took over 35 mins for appetizers to be delivered to the table. We ordered the seafood tagliatelle and there were no shrimp. They did comp our dessert for the oversight.
