    A top restaurant should have a dessert menu, but these is either empty or non-existent, which is disappointing for The Glass Brasserie!!!!

    Window table request was met and we were able to have the quiet dinner for two that we hoped for. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, while the food was as good as always and arrived without any delay. Highly recommended and we will plan to come again.

    Koko Black Afternoon Tea at Glass Brasserie was a wonderful way to celebrate a special birthday with close friends. The venue is stunning overlooking QVB and the service we received by Timmy our terrific waiter was outstanding. He made me, the birthday girl feel very special with extra treats. Afternoon Tea menu had more sweet treats than savoury and could be improved by providing more substantial savoury options. Overall, it was a most enjoyable afternoon

    We have dined at glass from the time it opened, we have never been disappointed by the service and the quality of the food, this is our 2nd visit since the new chef and the quality is just the same if not better

    A beautiful experience. Fantastic food - I had Oysters followed by the Duck Confit with Truffle Mash. I couldn’t have stuffed myself more! I also very much enjoyed the Sommelier experience with Kieran. We talked about the matches, and I enjoyed his knowledge and advice. He was kind enough to search out two beautiful desert wines to finish up. I’m going back this weekend and can’t wait!

    The bar was small but they made great drinks. The sourdough was outstanding and mixed with the tuna starter was DELICIOUS!

    I booked the Koko Black afternoon tea collaboration at glass Brasserie to celebrate a friend's birthday, based on the menu shown on the website. Unfortunately, the savoury menu on the day was completely different with no prior notice, which was quite disappointing. When we asked about this, we were told that the savoury menu changes on a weekly basis. I recommend this is noted somewhere on the website. The food itself was good, but the savoury items were mostly served cold – which was okay, though they definitely would’ve been nicer warm. We had also requested an alternative to the BLT slider (which included bacon, lettuce, onion jam and tomato), as we preferred no onion or tomato. We were told something different would be made, but what we received was essentially just bacon and lettuce in a dry bun – no alternative sauces or effort to make it enjoyable. We ordered our tea at the start, but after roughly 20 minutes of waiting, and having all the food come out, we had to follow it up ourselves – it seemed the order had been missed entirely, either forgotten by the original waitress or not put through at all. When it did arrive, we had requested English Breakfast tea with soy milk, but were given skim milk instead. We also ordered from the crepe and waffle station, but our toppings were mixed up and not what we’d asked for. That said, the oysters (as an additional extra) were excellent and definitely a highlight. And we did have one server, Timmy, who was very attentive and helpful throughout – but aside from that, the service overall left a lot to be desired. Would love to come back for the atmosphere and location, but for a premium high tea experience, we expected better service, organisation and attention to detail.
