The Chef’s Table is a lively, kitchen-side dining experience, cooked and served by our talented team of chefs. This immersive experience offers a deep dive into our culinary program, featuring premium ingredients and exclusive off-menu preparations. Wine pairings are available. Crab spaghetti used to be my favourite. I brought my partner from out of town to visit gitanes and try the crab spaghetti I always rave about it. Sadly, it let us down, it came lukewarm and oily tasting

An excellent restaurant. The menu is small, but everything was excellent. The sommelier was great and provided a helpful range of wine choices.

It was definitely on the pricier side, especially considering I didn’t even have a drink. My friend got a beer (just one tall can) and it was $15, which felt a bit steep. That said, the food & service was excellent and really stood out.

Everything on this menu is delicious. You can't go wrong with any choice. Definitely try the homemade rosemary foccaccia for a starter and/or the beef tartare.

A delightful experience as always. Our meals were excellent and visually appealing. Staff were knowledgeable and gave just the right amount of attention. Looking forward to my next visit.
