   Outstanding meal. Four of us sampled 8 dishes and each one was excellent, starting with oysters and chicken peas and shrimp salad and empanadas then moved onto halibut and sticky pork shank for the finale. Inventive mix of flavors made for a fantastic dining experience. Our servers were all knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Five stars!!!

   The service is very slow. The menu just does not make any sense to me. We ordered 5 dishes and did not like a single one whatsoever. I have no idea why so many people give it 5 stars.

   Too noisy for us and they consistently overbook so they ask you to wait even though you reserved. The food was not our favorite because it was on the pickled and spicy side.

   This is a foodie's foodie joint. Literally everyone in the place speaks the language and the language is care, is energy, is love. The food pairings alone send the message the person at the top cares, thinks deeply about how this next bite is going to speak to the diner. The ingredients are the main point and they are completely on point: fresh, wholesome and delicious. We had the unexpected fortune to sit in the Chef's Table which allowed us to watch a synergetic, energetic, perfectly choreographed team crank out unreal meal upon unbelievable offering over and over again... without skipping a beat, without missing a note. Very first bite to final I-can't-take-even-one-more, the inspiration to lick the plates was nearly impossible to resist. (When I thought no one was looking, I actually did do the equivalent to the saucer of goat liver mousse with my finger, but there's no way I could leave any of it behind.) We had five shareables between us, completely blown away by the waves of sublime--- full beyond measure-‐ and perfectly willing to call that our last meal with not a hint of regret between us. God bless America, this place is home.

   The food was good but the restaurant was way too noisy. Not recommended for elderly people who are noise sensitive.

   Easy to book, kind staff, incredible food. Each dish was busting with flavors. The salmon poke was our favorite.

   The food and service were outstanding as usual. However, according to the hosts, someone cancelled my reservation the day before, which was not the case and was incredibly embarrassing in front of my client. The staff was very accommodating and fit us in, but wish they would have verified the alleged phone call with a text since there are so many texts to confirm the reservation in anticipation. I’m really not sure how to remedy that situation other than a dual verification or something. Thank you for a lovely evening overall and appreciate you fitting us in.

   Our server was excellent, shout out to Jake! He kept allergens safely away from our table and served us attentively. Every single dish was absolutely memorable. I would only suggest turning down the volume of the ambient music.

    I’ve been wanting to visit this restaurant forever but had never visited Chicago. As soon as I made plans to visit, I made a reservation. This did not disappoint. I have eaten at Michelin restaurants around the world and this may have been one of my all-time favorite meals start to finish. My friends and I shared the focaccia, green beans, broccoli, oysters, pig cheek, skirt steak, and two incredible desserts. Service was impeccable. Kudos to the chef, I can’t wait to return!
