   The food and service were outstanding as usual. However, according to the hosts, someone cancelled my reservation the day before, which was not the case and was incredibly embarrassing in front of my client. The staff was very accommodating and fit us in, but wish they would have verified the alleged phone call with a text since there are so many texts to confirm the reservation in anticipation. I’m really not sure how to remedy that situation other than a dual verification or something. Thank you for a lovely evening overall and appreciate you fitting us in.

   Our server was excellent, shout out to Jake! He kept allergens safely away from our table and served us attentively. Every single dish was absolutely memorable. I would only suggest turning down the volume of the ambient music.

   I’ve been wanting to visit this restaurant forever but had never visited Chicago. As soon as I made plans to visit, I made a reservation. This did not disappoint. I have eaten at Michelin restaurants around the world and this may have been one of my all-time favorite meals start to finish. My friends and I shared the focaccia, green beans, broccoli, oysters, pig cheek, skirt steak, and two incredible desserts. Service was impeccable. Kudos to the chef, I can’t wait to return!

   Parking is an issue…unless you don’t mind paying $22 to park in front of the restaurant

   The brunch is phenomenal. I highly recommend the breakfast potatoes, the skirt steak, and the and the pork belly noodles. Everything is so fresh and vibrant. 10/10 would come again.

    Yazmin did an amazing job and took care of us at the Girl and the Goat Chicago! Perfect place to celebrate a birthday! Definitely try the curry fried pork belly it’s worth it
