Prepare to be thrilled at this all-star Italian restaurant located off Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach, SC. Gios Italian Kitchen Myrtle Beach is family owned and operated since August 7th, 2014. Brothers/Chefs Klodjan & Renato Hoxha run the kitchen while the sister/GM Eri handles the front. Parents are also involved in the business operation on a daily basis. The Hoxha family was born in Albania and moved to the United States in 2003, seeking the American dream. The family has 15 years of experience in cooking. Our chefs make all the dishes with the freshest ingredients and highest quality of product. Gios serves the best marinara sauce and some of the tastiest authentic Italian dishes in the Grand Strand. Wanted a few changes to what we ordered since no straight shrimp scampi. They accurately made the changes and the meal was excellent. Service was really good. Overall in my top 3 for Italian in Myrtle Beach. Had a reservation but not crowded.

The service was poor. The Walter was not attentive at all. He never came to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks or to fill up our water. Had to wait a very long time for our food!! Overall extremely disappointing!

Delicious appetizers of Burrata Caprese salad and Mozzarella In Carrozza. Our friends raved about the marinara sauce which is so delicious. For dinner the special grouper Mediterranean style, chicken Parmesan and veal Sorrentino were all prepared to perfection and thoroughly enjoyed. Meals served with salad or the soup of the day. All fresh and yummy. Yes there are beautiful desserts which we took home and enjoyed later in the evening. The tiramisu is just amazing as is their cheesecake. Thank you to our server Sara for an excellent dining experience.

From appetizers to main course everything was wonderful. Had meatballs as appetizer, my wife and I both had their pasta dishes with shrimp, scallops and In addition to those mine had lobster claw meat. Great experience and will definitely be back.

We love GIO’s. Every trip to Myrtle Beach includes a dinner at GIO’s. Delicious food, excellent service and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for!
