Very nice restaurant with a lively atmosphere and great food. The service was quick and excellent. It was pretty loud but manageable. The plates have awesome designs.

Our brunch was so fun at Gioia -- delicious food, wonderful wait preson (Abby), and an atmosphere of calm and festivity. The polenta waffle is amazing! as is the Eggs Benedict . . . and the Lady Lucille mocktail. The coffee is superb too! And the price was astonishingly reasonable too, for such scrumptious food and drink.

Great dining experience with my daughter, they had high chairs and fantastic service, very accommodating for families and an excellent menu.

This is not the standard preparation of menu offerings. Each dish, including vegetables, has been prepared with a fusion of seasonings and care. The portions are generous and it is both possible and advisable to order half portions of the pasta dishes unless you are sharing. Sampling a variety is a great strategy if you dine with a few friends. Cocktails are creative and the wine list should satisfy. It is highly recommended for innovative Italian cuisine.

Mussels appetizer was delicious. Rigatoni with chick peas was yummy and so flavorful. The strawberry rhubarb eclair and sorbet knocked it out of the park!!

Great location near Wooster Square. Managers were very good about checking in on us. Waitress was quite pleasant but oddly unfocused and disorganized, like it was her first week. Great cocktail menu and cocktails. Food menu had good range and variety, but the food was not all that flavorful (and I say that as someone who usually thinks restaurants overdo it, especially salt). Their square pizza is puffier than a Chicago style pizza—the flavor of the topping getting lost in too much dough. I would not return.
