   The food was quite good but the service was both brisk and chaotic. They should be doing better.

   I brought two colleagues from the U.K. to the restaurant and they were blown away by the view, decor, delicious food and service. They could not stop talking about your special restaurant. Thank you!

   The restaurant was far too loud to have an enjoyable experience. You might consider playing softer music or have a piano player to lower the volume.

   A great restaurant with good service and an amazing of the Chicago River and the City of Chicago, it worth going to just for drink and the view

   Visited Gibsons for a business dinner with clients. It was the perfect ambience for first time visitors to Chicago as a large portion of the two floor dinning room overlooks the river. It would also be a great choice for a special date night. Billy was an amazing server and walked the table through the suggested ordering cadence and top courses on the menu extremely well! The grass fed ribeye was good, but could’ve used a bit more seasoning to kick up the flavor. The crispy Brussels sprouts were my favorite side, the spicy rigatoni had a nice kick to it, and the cocktails were pretty good. Overall 9/10.

   My first two previous experiences we’re Very disappointing and I was reluctant to book another dinner reservation but…it was my spouse’s birthday choice and that’s what he selected! What a difference!!!!!!! The food, staff and ambiance were all amazing. You now have a new fan and I’ll be back again 👍👍
