   So we were recommended Gibsons by a couple people. We saved it for our last night in the city and man were we disappointed. The food mad MEH. Worst sea bass I’ve ever had. The pasta were luke warm (not hot at all). The waiter seemed like he did not want to be there. It was so loud you could barely hear the person right next to you speaking. I will say, it did have a great view. But if you are wanting GOOD food. Save your money and go to Bavettes, Sunda, or Ciccio mio!

   This was our first time and the experience was amazing. The food was beyond delicious. The Sea Bass and Chicago Cut Steak were cooked to perfection. The twice baked potatoes were to die for. Christian our waiter was so accommodating as well as the entire wait staff and managers. Lastly our view of the Chicago River was excellent and so romantic. We will definitely be back !!!

   We had an impeccable experience today for lunch … the food, drinks, service and ambience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and we’ll be back soon!

   Our server, Moses, was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He had lots of recommendations and we loved the arancini, charred broccolini salad, and the bone in filet!

   Despite making the reservation pre than a month ahead of time, we were seated on the first floor with 2 of our guests backed up against the noosy bar. Service rushed us through the first half of our meal until we affirmatively asked them to slow down. Food was well flavored and perfectly prepared.

   Once again, an amazing dining experience. Food, service, ambiance, views. Our server Lydia was awesome and I cant wait to go back. Some favorites - scallop risotto - meatball appetizer - italian salad Have them all!

   My now FIANCE and I had an amazing time. I messaged and told the restaurant that I will be proposing the next day so I just requested a seat near the window so my partner gets to see the city she grew up in! Unfortunately we didn’t get it, but they gave us a beautiful booth and an amazing server/hostess who took care of us so well and made the experience so lively! They even provided a dessert on the house which was absolutely delicious and told us have a great weekend and gave us a wink haha! Absolutely 10/10 experience for food, ambience and service! Please go, you won’t regret it!

    So great, we celebrated a 22nd birthday, our server was great, really friendly, answered all our questions. Food was delicious.
