Surprisingly great food for a "pub". The Irish stew was excellent and the Smash Burger & Fries were very good. Beer is served at "cellar" temp just like in Ireland with a nice selection of Irish beers. Nice patio and Bar with plenty of TVs. Worth coming back to for lunch, dinner or a few beers. Way better than Crogan's ever was.

I have been to Gibsons for lunch, but his was my 1st dinner experience. I must say it a great time. The music, food and overall vibe of the restaurant was fabulous. I will definitely be back. Kim P

The food was very good, service was excellent. The entertainment was phenomenal. I highly recommend Gibson’s to anyone looking for audience participation and a lively, entertaining show

We brought some friends with us to this new place, since the four of us had never been to Gibson's for dinner. Husbands ordered the fish and chips, my friend ordered the pastrami sandwich and I ordered the smashburger. We all loved our food, drinks and had a great waiter. What a fun place and cannot wait to return.

Made a reservation to watch the Warrior playoff game 6, I also called in advance to ensure we would have a table to enjoy the game. We arrived and the host did not seem to want to give us a table near the TV for the 4 of us, was not at all busy. Tried 3 tables, the last table was next to an open sliding door, never offered us the other room with many TV's, so we left to go across the street to Sauced, which was outstanding. We did not try the food, so please discount those ratings as I don't know. Doubt we would return.

I was seated and sat at my table for 15 minutes without being greeted. I ended up walking out without any of the staff saying a word.

I know that this is a new restaurant but it was dead (no patrons ). Burger very average. Ribs not good at all. Service was mediocre at best. Not likely to return.

Went for group Birthdays, had a blast! Food was good, Piano Bar super fun, service was slow, bartenders and wait staff super overwhelmed, slow slow drinks.
