   The service here is really the star! The servers are well educated on the cuts of steak and are super helpful when ordering! Sides are served as sharable which is nice for a group. The portions are large and you definitely get your moneys worth. We would highly recommend Gibsons when in Chicago!

   Had an incredible meal, fantastic service in a vibrant area of town. Our server, Montrose was helpful, knowledgeable and so much fun. He made our time special indeed! Thank you.

   Every time we visit Chicago, we make it a point to have dinner at Gibson‘s. Everyone there is great and gives us very attentive service. The food is delicious and the ambience is fun

   Very nice place. Waitstaff was excellent. Food was just okay, very disappointed. Steak was underwhelming in all regards. Will not eat there again.

   Our waiter Diego was fantastic! He gave my husband and I a lovely first visit to Gibson’s and it’ll definitely not be our last! We enjoyed every single bite of the Chicago cut and the fillet minion! To end the fantastic night, we enjoyed the ice cream and my double espresso very very much! Great cherry on top!!!!

   The food was lovely and our waiter went above and beyond. It’s the best food experience we’ve had while visiting Chicago.

   The food was super-fresh and tasty! The service was spectacular! Our waiter Meas (sp?) was a real gem! He was so attentive and helpful. He made our dining experience exceptional!

    It’s our 5th time eating here. Every time we come back, the food quality becomes worse and worse. Took my mom out for Mother’s day lunch. Crabcakes were burnt. Medium well done steak came out burnt and Fish dish was burnt and at the same time warm. (It seems that it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while) House salad portion was extremely small. All main dish came out cold-warm. Not hot. Only thing that was good was Dessert and espresso coffee. Waitress accommodated us well but will NEVER return. Very disappointed. My $300 was totally wasted.
