   The Service and food were excellent. Valet parking is easy and free. We walked straight in to our table with the waiter ready.

   Gabrielle was a great server. Beautiful restaurant. Very busy so I can forgive a couple of things. Old school service is much appreciated.

   We had an excellent table by the fireplace, Scott our server was spot on all night. We celebrated a birthday and he brought over a cake for the 4 of us without even asking for it and took a picture of our party of 4. The food was amazing, delicious and we will definitely make this our go to place every time we come to Montreal. Thanks for the great meal

   I had a wonderful experience at Gibby’s in Montreal. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the cozy, charming atmosphere made the night even more special. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it for a great dining experience!

   Our party of 4 had an amazing experience at Gibby's. This restaurant is consistently great, service is first rate and food delicious. Vitale our waiter was attentive and so personable. Thank you!

   Nous fêtions la fête de mon copain, et ils ont pris soin de souligner cet événement en lui offrant un gâteau et une photo polaroid de nous deux! Nous avons grandement apprécié notre moment, et Anne B, notre serveuse a été une perle.

   Somos clientes recurrentes de Gibbys, y nos encanta la calidad de los platillos , la ensalada Wegde es una delicia , los cortes, el salmón, los ostiones en su concha frescos o al horno son espectaculares. El servicio es de lo mejor, los meseros amables y súper atentos. El Restaurant es hermoso y acojedor. Para mí y mi familia es el mejor Restaurant en Montreal.

   Gibby's is undeniably an excellent experience. I highly recommend it for a romantic date or celebration. The price point is high but quality of the food is superb and the portion size is quite large. The wait staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely come back again!

    We had an absolutely incredible night at Gibbys. From the moment we stepped inside, we were taken in by the beauty of the old building — it’s full of charm and history, and the atmosphere is just amazing. Warm, cozy, and elegant all at once. What really made the night unforgettable though was the service. Our waiter was outstanding — honestly the best we’ve ever had anywhere. He was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and just made us feel completely taken care of. Every staff member we interacted with was the same — genuinely welcoming and professional. The food was just as impressive. The Gibby salad and fresh bread were perfect starters — so fresh and full of flavor. And the lobster tail… absolutely phenomenal. You really can’t get better. Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly and tasted incredible. Gibbys isn’t just a great restaurant — it’s the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit. Between the beautiful setting, the amazing food, and the incredible staff, it was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend.
