   Though the food was lovely we were rushed through the whole experience. We had an appetizer, salad, main dish and dessert all within 1hr and waited then 30 minutes for the bill. They were going so fast with the food being brought out we felt like we were and inconvenience to be there or unwanted guess. We did not get the full experience, we didn't get the sherbet because they had brought the mains out the second the salad was due and brought as a cake to celebrate (which was nice) however then never even asked if we wanted dessert (there were several on the menu I wanted and the celebration cake was not it). At the end of the night after we finally got our bill, we did ask if we were suppose to get the sherbet and was told yes but the food came out too fast and the though I waitress wanted to give it to use the other ones said not to bother . This really ended the night with us feeling like we were an unwanted guest. I was very much looking forward to being here, and even planned our day round this dinner, instead I will not be coming back. As though food was good, I a sure I can find great food and a great experiences at another local steak house.

   A beautiful and authentic atmosphere, with good food and excellent service. We ordered oysters for appetizer and steak for main course, both of which I highly recommend. It made our birthday memorable. Thank you to the Gibbys restaurant.

   Silver skin in my rib steak. NOT expected at $88 !!!! Resto was very hot and stuffy ! Our waiter, Gabriel, was FANTASTIC !!!!!

   Went to Gibby’s back in The 80 ‘s .Loved it Mother’s Day weekend went to Gibby’sagain with my daughter 38 years later Wanted her to experience it .We loved it .Food amazing ,Waiter Edmond Amazing .My daughter loved it and explained history coming from a stable.Loved going back in time and not disappointed..Only issue was we had guys table next to us Stag party really loud and annoying .I think all these events should be in the separate rooms which a lot were. Hopefully will go back again. So surreal for me and my daughter will bring her daughter there in the future. Waiters and Waitresses were amazing .Special place Linda
