Step back in time as you enter Gibbys, housed in a magnificent 200-year-old building in Old Montreal. This charming restaurant which boasts historic stone walls, original beamed ceilings and cozy fireplaces, all combine to make dining at Gibbys a memorable experience.

Experience the finest seafood, fresh sumptuous chilled oysters, large choice of the freshest fish, and Gibbys’ expertly aged delectable steaks, cooked to perfection. We lavish our guests the moment we seat them, with complimentary oven fresh bread, crunchy dill pickles, croutons and bacon crumble. Our main courses include a starter, lemon sorbet to cleanse your palate, as well as a vegetable and a choice of rice pilaf, baked potato or our famous Monte Carlo potato.

    The beef wellington was delicious and cooked to perfection! would definitely recommend. Caroline our waitress definitely made our experience even better. Her customer service is exceptional.
