One of my favorite brunch restaurants in Dallas. The ambience and decor is cool. Drinks are delicious and unique. The food is amazing and never disappoints . I did the egg scramble and sausage this time , eggs are creamy and delicious and the sausage is a proper sausage with a great chili sauce in the side . The wait service team makes this place , totally in point and welcoming . Quality service .
Fantastic service and food every time!
Amazing place. Amazing food. Outstanding experience. Recommend to everyone looking for an elegant delicious dining experience.
Didn't like that they added clams to the salmon dish. I was disappointed! Have gotten salmon there two earlier times and loved it. Go back to the original salmon recipe, sans clams, please. We loved our booth #26. So perfect! Our server Emily was also perfect! Very knowledgeable and helpful and sweet.
Food and service was good but our table near the bar was congested and made me feel like I was in NYC again. Not the feel I wanted.
We were amazed by the different types of flavors that was mixed with the food. We had Blackmore steak that was like butter, Ora king salmon which had mole sauce which was a wonderful surprise since we’ve never had mole on any fish before. Hiramasa crudo app was amazing with the avocado flavor that was so good, the oysters were excellent with the roe and scru
The beautiful new space and sleek crowd make for a positive post-covid dining experience. Our waiter Beverly was excellent, and the viewable, but not in your face, kitchen is a plus. The food was the only problem. The $58 filet was tough ( a tough filet???) chewy and burned in the crust-making final cooking step. The market salad was nice, but extremely light on the avocado, one of the featured ingredients, and doused with olive oil that stayed mostly at the bottom of the plate. We cancelled dessert because it hadn't come after 20 minutes of ordering. Love the concept, the decor and the energy. I hope they can get it together in the kitchen in the next few months.
The wait staff was exceptional. The salad and appetizer were very good but the entrees were not very good. The bronzini was salty, thin and hard. The filet was not a good cut of the tenderloin. It was the tail of the tenderloin, hard to cut and charred too much. I had to get another steak knife. I should have sent it back but struggled with cutting and eating it instead.
The restaurant was beautiful but the background music was not in keeping with the ambiance. Thank goodness it was not too loud.
What a great restaurant that offers a unique menu and great service. We sat at the bar for brunch and had a great meal and got reacquainted with "Carlos" who we met at Savor a few years ago. I had the lobster roll and a side of creamed spinach which was really nice. The bread makes the difference. My wife had the omelette and it too was delicious! Try the charcuterie which includes a variety of meats and pickled radish, pickle and onion. Bar service was outstanding and can't wait to return very soon!
This used to be one of my favorite places to eat In Dallas but unfortunately it was just so-so. The place was practically empty on a Saturday night so the vibe was off. Drinks and service were good, but the food was quite average. The oysters were inedible, the pasta was too rich, and the side dishes were not memorable. The steak was the best thing we ate, which is typically why I come to Georgie but I have to admit I won’t be back anytime soon.
Best of the best in Dallas! The service and ambiance are excellent!
Food was amazing and so was the service.
For Dallas, not a bad fine dining experience. They have their signature items but then also change things up so we're never disappointed when we go.
Their tasting menu is definitely worth the money.
Staff is always nice, has excellent manners and they do treat you like at a fine dining place. I can appreciate that.
Best ever!! The bartender created a special cocktail just for our table. The food was beyond outstanding, and the service next to none.
Husbands birthday was fantastic.
My experience was absolutely great!!! The only problem is that I received and paid the wrong bill! After 3 delicious alcoholic drinks, I didn’t realize it till I got home and reviewed my bill the next morning. Otherwise excellent!
This was our second visit to the restaurant. I must say that the experience was 100% improved in all areas. We were having dinner with friends and we were all impressed with the expert attention we received. The courses were served in a timely manner and every bite was delicious!!! They seem to have gotten out any kinks that plagued our first visit. It was a wonderful evening from our first cocktail to dessert. We will continue to support Georgie and their top notch staff.
Everything was just great! One of best wine lists in Dallas too.
Great birthday dinner tasting menu. Crudo was exceptional. Michelin like service.
Reservation done well with seating as requested. Service good, food good, overpriced and one entree’s seasoning overpowered what would have been a delicious rack of lamb. Too minty on the Burrata which would have been better served with fresh Basil and fresh tomato coulis, not minted peas. Bread was phenomenal, served hot from the oven as were horseradish potatoes. House salad was very nice. Steak served red centered when requested medium to well and both entrees re cooked after short wait. Gimicky offered steak knives from antique box looked to need cleaning as did our corner booth. When leaving discovered suit coat full of dust from having been laid over edge of booth, now to dry cleaners. All in all, good food but needs some attention to detail, especially for the price.
Very good food! The wait staff was nice and courteous.
World class brilliance! On all levels! Jared and team provide one of a kind experience!
Chris was an excellent waiter. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu!
extremely friendly, accommodating, great food, good atmosphere, highly recommend....a small gem in the Dallas area.
Fabulous! Server suggested beat rose I’ve ever had. Caviar was to die.
Last minute reservation and had a great meal with excellent service. We are huge fans of wine paired course meals and they nailed it.
Waited 20 minutes for second drinks. Had to ask three tomes for more bread. Had to pour our own wine. Entres very late. New york strip mediocre. Chicken not good.
This is my fourth time and same issues each time. Service always slow and drinks always slow. You need more bartenders. We spend between 500-1000 each time and there are way too many great restaurants in Dallas to accept this type of experience.
You were only at 60 percent capacity when we arrived and 70 when we left. All these kinks should have been worked out long ago.
Celebrated our 56 Wedding Anniversary and it was a delight eating at this restaurant.
Anniversary dinner was amazing.
Can’t wait to go again
Waiter was rude
We order a mix of foods and got to taste so many dishes, nothing seemed to disappoint, from the cocktails to the dessert.
It was nice, but portions small like a French restaurant, expensive, not sure it’s worth it.
Amazing!!! We love Georgies! Our new Favorite. The food is superb and the atmosphere great for all sorts of events.
Pleased with the ambiance on my first visit. Comfortable, well organized with courteous and thoughtful staff. Service was responsive without being overbearing. Planning to go back. The right choice to entertain and do business. Would enjoy a simple stop at the bar area as well.
For a great evening with friends or family, Georgie is amazing. The food is great and service is even better. Fantastic wine list.
The ambiance of Georgie paired with the wonderful dishes and kind and attentive staff. We had a wonderful Father’s Day lunch, and look forward to returning soon!
First time to Georgie. Really fantastic overall, we will be back. The stand out feature was the service. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and eager to please. Employees at many nice restaurants in Dallas seem like they are doing you a favor to dine with them. But not Georgie, the staff was all A+. Great cocktail list, and good wine list (even by the glass list was good).
everything we had was well executed. The bread is fantastic ! Worth the carb splurge ! We had steaks, which were done beautifully. I wasn’t thrilled with the dessert list. Small dessert portions. Not bad, just not great choices. I liked the mini macaroons and chocolates more than I liked my dessert. But that’s all minor. Lovely space, gorgeous design.
One of my fav spots, food is always so good. Espresso martini is to die for!! Must have!
Georgie was a wonderful location to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We loved the sausage appetizer. The Duroc Pork Chop and Chestnut Agnolotti dishes were excellent. The creamed spinach & potato pave were very tasty vegetable dishes. Our waitress was very attentive.
Georgie is rated 4.8 stars by 441 OpenTable diners.
