    Everything was delicious. Our server was so energetic and fun! It was my parents 49th anniversary. She made a special board for their desserts 🩷. I highly recommend George’s Bistro!!!

    The fish was the best I’ve had in this town. At least 1.5 in thick and flaky white meat. Truffle fries and salad on the side with a glass of wine made it even better. I’ve eaten at nearly every restaurant in town, and this is the best.

    Appetizer was great, some kind of artichoke dish. Dessert was great the tuxedo cake. Meal was not very flavorful. Had the catch of the day. It was a special occasion and I wanted my boyfriend to experience what I did when I went. He did not. Service was good, not over the top. We spilled a glass of water & no one came to help even though several employee were nearby. I was disappointed.

    Very nice meal. Everything served was fresh and interesting, with lovely plating. Delicious (and properly sliced!) carpaccio appetizer. If you live in or are visiting the Pensacola, FL area, worth a visit. Thanks also to Hannah our server for a great experience!
