Drinking whiskey is an experience best shared. We believe that it should not only be shared with great company, but with great food as well. With that in mind, our bourbon maker and owner John David Madison has paired with acclaimed Chef Marvin Woods to bring true Southern hospitality to Charleston.

Chef Woods, an Emmy Award-Nominated Television Host and Author, will feature an eclectic spin on Lowcountry fare with nods to Gullah Geechee cuisine and Southern comfort food. Chef Woods’ cuisine is crafted to pair beautifully with our extensive bourbon and whiskey list, unique craft cocktails and unique wine list.

The Gentry Bar and Room is a place for whiskey, craft cocktail and wine enthusiasts to dine, drink and share the fine spirits and Gullah inspired comfort foods in a vibey welcoming gathering place.
