I did t like the fact that they put only Hispanics in a room and the fact that I had a reservation at 8 and waited 45 min, it was actually pointless to make a reservation...

I was thinking...if it wasn’t sweetest day, things Could have possibly gone differently. The food was awful and our waiter was too busy “catering” to a specific crowd of individuals. Never again!

we waited over an hour to be seated against out reservation time which was @ 7:30. We finally just sat at the bar after waiting for over 45 minutes once we got to an hour we elected to eat at the bar.

This restaurant has been a staple in the Chicagoland area for a very long time. It’s great to have them as an addition to the Rosemont area for the last several years. The problem is that the wine list could use some help. For a restaurant in this price range serving cheaper sparkling rose that’s sweet just doesn’t cut it. The food however was very good. We had the gnocchi, the filet and the veal piccata. The veal piccata definitely could’ve had more veal and less mushrooms (which we weren’t expecting). The service was excellent. The Decor needs updating but I don’t wanna be too tough on people right now because of Covid. There were no candles on the table and overall could just use some updating.

The restaurant was not busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff. Unfortunately, the steaks which were not inexpensive were burnt on the outside; I understand that the outside should be charred but ours were burnt. Also, we never received a beverage that we had asked for. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience. Neither the service nor the meal matched the price.

Amazing food. We came from Indy and they definitely made My Queens birthday a one to remember. The gentleman in the vest with awesome hair is highly knowledgeable about the wine. I learned some things. Makes me want to move to Chicago and bartend here.

We had the best steaks and the service was amazing. George and Dave took great care of us! If you like mushrooms they were the best thing! Going back next week to try the pasta. Tables spaced far apart inside. And huge tent outside.

We had a delicious dinner here and it was very romantic with live music on their beautiful outdoor tent. Our server was great. Our shrimp cocktail and wine were delicious. Dinner here was excellent. I had veal Marsala with pasta and my husband enjoyed red snapper special. Thanks

We made reservation for 9pm which was the time they closed but they kept the doors open just to serve me and friends. The filet mignon was excellent and the customer service is above satisfaction. I will definitely return when I visit Rosemont.

We don't mind paying those prices when the restaurant delivers - that was not the case here. Top end pricing with very poor service and poorly prepared food....stale bread beforehand, a bone in rib eye so charred that you had to trim off the char to get to the taste of the meat and a fabulous piece of halibut that was bland and void of the seasoning flavors described on the menu. We would have shared that feedback so they could make it right, but we weren't asked how everything was until we were handed the bill. We'd been looking forward to trying the restaurant out for months, but sadly won't plan on returning.... an expensive mistake.

AWESOME. I have never seen a restaurant so serious and professional about safety and Covid. They even took our temperatures. The waiters and others all wore masks and gloves. They even hand sanitized their gloves every few minutes. They brought everything to the table carefully wrapped and served. The tables were correctly social distanced and everyone so very friendly. The food was crazy great too!

Always a great service experience. Food was good, but the slices of melon served with the prosciutto were way too large and although the veal Milanese was on their online menu (and is still there) there was a $20 up charge from that listed price and what we were charged, which is just silly since other veal items are on the menu (it’s not like they had to find veal just for this). I would have appreciated a heads-up on that. It’s dead inside (still) and we had the whole dining room to ourselves, which was nice, but also eerie!

Service was rather poor and food was just ok. Steaks were not worth the price. Our Italian pastas were good though. We were also shocked by the Covid fee and then to pay taxes on that fee was a bit disturbing to our party. All in all a very disappointing experience for a rather expensive evening.

We weren't sure what to expect, as we had never been to G&G before, and knew we would likely be sitting in the parking lot. However, they really did an excellent job with the ambiance (carpet, planter boxes, live music) - it was actually quite lovely. Service and food were outstanding, and the live musician (guitar player/singer) was amazing!

Raindrops in Rosemont! ☔️ : Saturday evening dining Al Fresco was again delightfully delicious, as always. Sergio is a treasure and a wonderful, seasoned asset to your team. He regularly paces the entire tent ensuring all guests are interacted with and well taken care of. We had George tonight as our server and we could not have be more pleased. What a polished service professional. Love him! The Pinza by Chef again was a hit! Saturday specials included scrumptious homemade Lobster Ravioli with the perfect sauce. My wife loved the fresh halibut and steamed broccoli! Wine was delicious and recommended by Sergio. We return for many reasons; one of which is the fabulous Torte Della Nonna [Grandmother’s cake with fresh fruit and berries]! Delectable and delicious! ❣️ Tonight, music filled the tent with a charming young man playing the guitar and singing. This was simply peaceful and perfect as rain showered and poured down all around, eventually displaying a magnificent rainbow, after the rain subsided. Dining this evening made for a most romantic date night, under the tent in Rosemont. Our gratitude to your team for all of your efforts and daily hard work to ensure guests are appreciated and well taken care of. Thank you! Thank you!

Delicious Kudos! Tonight, my wife and I dined al fresco in Rosemont. Dino was our server and we had the pleasure to also met Sergio. Both are delightful. The pinza! WOW! Delicious crust and wonderful presentation. The Naked Ravioli was scrumptious. Both of these Chef Cristiano creations were sublime. In fact, dear Sergio brought Chef out to our table for personal thanks and admiration. While we couldn’t decide between the carrot cake and the Torta de Nonna, we selected the carrot, yet Dino and Sergio also brought out the torte for us to try. Truly, amazing, in every way. We will be back and are delighted to send our friends, family and all. With this being a time of uncertainty, our experience tonight was truly memorable.

The food was good but the service and cocktails were even better! Great bar staff who were very attentive. Dinned outside in the tented area and it was very nice (with good music)! The staff (Francine specifically) were friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and a true pleasure!! I will definitely visit this location again.
