   Excellent meal. Excellent service. This is a beautiful break from Broadway for those that love great food done well.

   We took our kids for brunch and got incredible service. They accommodated a couple of picky eaters without issue. We ordered the Champagne Julep, Baked Pancake, Burger, Chicken & Waffles (w/ no hot honey), and Shrimp and Grits. Everything was superb but the Shrimp and Grits was a highlight. We’ve probably eaten at Geist more than a dozen times and this was my favorite thing I’ve had. The broth was so good I asked for an order of toast to make sure none of it went to waste.

   Everything we ate and drank was incredibly tasty. Great atmosphere. Service was fabulous.

   Very good experience. We knew a head of time we’d be sitting in the bar but seating was tight and loud. We actually had people bumping into our table. The food was very good as was our server. Menu is a bit small but as mentioned food was yummy. Definitely recommend, just don’t sit in bar

   Food was delicious but disappointed we weren’t able to sit in Champagne Garden. When making the reservation it said to note that’s where you would like to sit but once there they said it was first come first served. If we’d known that was the only option then we would have gotten there sooner and not done a reservation. They said it was too hard to manage. We also wanted to order an app as soon as we sat down but the waiter said we had to order everything at once per the kitchen. They were preparing for a busy day apparently but there were empty tables and not on a wait. Food was amazing but customer service was off.

   Geist is one of our favorite restaurants in Nashville! Off the beaten path but still easily accessible from downtown, it offers the perfect level of energy and ambiance, along with great food and drinks. The staff is always professional and very welcoming. An overall great experience is found here.

   What an awesome place, the menu is very limited and as a fairly picky eater it makes me a little nervous but EVERYTHING was incredible, their chicken is to die for. Love the decorations, the service, everything about it, can't wait to go back

    Geist was absolutely incredible! The ambiance was perfect for our date night and I could not say enough good things about the staff. Even with the music it was easy to have a conversation. We had the oysters, beef tenderloin, and Scallop Risotto. Everything was exquisite and beautiful plated. Geist is a beautiful venue. The brick interior and exterior mixed with wood accents and leather is beautiful. They have excellent champagne choices. If you’re looking for a date night or a night out, this should be your first choice in Nashville.
