The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

Very nice experience. Food is always on point, service was exceptional. (one comment - they are too soft spoken and often hard to understand). The salad bar is always a star of the evening though there for the meal experience.

The food was delicious and hot! Waitstaff was amazing. It was very crowded for Mother's Day and the restaurant was amazing.

Sunday was the best experience we've had at Gauchos Do Sol in the Vintage. The food was great, as always. The staff was polite, attentive, and knowledgeable, as always. It all came together for a wonderful Mother's Day celebration. We are so thankful to have a quality restaurant like Gauchos Do Sol in our neighborhood.

I’ve been here a couple times great experience. The staff is so friendly they speak English and Spanish which I love. Everyone working their will make sure you are well taken care off definitely will be coming back .

The waitstaff and food were amazing. It seemed louder than the last time we were in. This is a big treat for our family. We enjoy our time eating here.

Great service, great food ,and great atmosphere! Went to salad bar then sat down and flipped card to green and the meats came flying!

Excellent food and service. Waitstaff was very attentive but not intrusive. Food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was amazing, we enjoyed all the options at the salad bar and the meat selections were are flavorful and delicious. The staff were attentive and wonderful. We love Brazilian steakhouses and Gauchos Do Sul is by far our favorite. The quality and quantity are equally superb!
