The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

  • Argentinian Grass feed NY Strip

    A tender cut of beef with intense flavor and marbling. Seasoned with rock salt

    • Picanha

      Noble part of the top sirloin. Seasoned with rock salt. Chefs Special

      • Gaucho Steak

        Seasoned with rock salt and fajita seasoning

        • Filet Mignon

          A very lean and flavorful cut of meat

          • Fraldinha

            One of our more flavorful cuts, the fraldinha comes from the bottom portion of sirloin

            • Ribeye

              Seasoned with rock salt and fajita seasoning

              • Costela de Boi

                Slow cooked for about 4 to 5 hours. Seasoned with rock salt

                • Linguiça

                  Delicious Brazilian style pork sausage

                  • Lamb Chops and Lamb Sirloin

                    Specially marinated with wine, mint, and lemon pepper

                    • Pork Belly

                      Marinated with white wine, lemon pepper, and rock salt

                      • Frango

                        Chicken wings marinated in beer. Chicken breast wrapped in bacon

                        • Grilled Shrimp

                          Marinated with garlic and our special seasoning

                            Tropical Pineapple seasoned with a touch of cinnamon sugar

                              I frequent this restaurant i love the service I am picky with how i like the meat cooked and they never cease to amaze me. The staff always makes sure i had my serving the way I liked it. Great place to enjoy a meal

                              Arrived 15 minutes early for reservation. Promptly seated and the meat started coming. Everything was delicious. Waiters asked how we preferred our meat cooked and everything was on point.

                              Meat: Every meat selection provided was lacking. Too much fat and too much salt. At some point I just had salad as every meat cut tasted the same. Kind of disappointed, this place used to have better quality meats. Salad bar and drinks: Salad bar was fine, can’t complain. My husbands mango margarita was strong and great. My mango passion martini was syrupy… but maybe that’s my bad for ordering a sweet martini. Staff: The wait staff was friendly and quick. We were there for my husband’s birthday and they offered a choice of dessert on the house. Flan, cheesecake, tres leches and I think one other option. We had the tres leches, it was moist. Ambiance and Dress Code: I’ll read on this later but I’m not sure if there was a dress code? I thought there was one but most guests in the establishment were very casual like tie dyed shirts and socks in sandals type of casual. So I’m not sure what the ambiance was supposed to be? Music was loud and plaid retail covers. Total: For 2 dinners and 2 drinks our total came out to $179 Not really interested in coming back again. Sucks, it used to be pretty good.

                              Very good restaurant. The service was spectacular. The food was delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the waiters' rush to ask questions and try to give you the cuts of meat before you even finished the first round. Otherwise it was excellent. I highly recommend it.

                              Very nice experience. Food is always on point, service was exceptional. (one comment - they are too soft spoken and often hard to understand). The salad bar is always a star of the evening though there for the meal experience.
