The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

Overall, the experience was great as usual! Everyone is always making sure we are doing OK, have plenty of drinks, have plenty of food. Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming even when our red card is turned and they still ask if we want something. We love coming here and we always come back! I do wanna say y’all had a new item since the last time I came, which was the jalapeño poppers. Y’all need to keep those on the menu because those were amazing!!

from reservation to food to service: excellent! I am a former hotel owner, so i appreciate service that pays attention without being obnoxious. We celelbrated my daughters birthdays and good grades in school, we were surprised with two desserts ( as if we had not eaten our weight already) and it was a treat, so so delicious! 5 out of 5 stars ! We come back regularly....

Service was very top notch. Our glasses were always filled and clean plates were given when needed. Food was hot and fresh and the salad bar was always attended to. The tables were spaced out nicely so guests coming and going didn’t disturb any of the other tables. All the BBQ was seasoned and cooked very well. Servers were always attentive to what meats you prefer and were quick to make sure your requests were filled.

The service was impeccable. They were very accommodating to our dietary restrictions and food preferences. The food tasted amazing. If you leave here hungry it is your own fault. We will be coming back.

I frequent this restaurant i love the service I am picky with how i like the meat cooked and they never cease to amaze me. The staff always makes sure i had my serving the way I liked it. Great place to enjoy a meal

Arrived 15 minutes early for reservation. Promptly seated and the meat started coming. Everything was delicious. Waiters asked how we preferred our meat cooked and everything was on point.

Meat: Every meat selection provided was lacking. Too much fat and too much salt. At some point I just had salad as every meat cut tasted the same. Kind of disappointed, this place used to have better quality meats. Salad bar and drinks: Salad bar was fine, can’t complain. My husbands mango margarita was strong and great. My mango passion martini was syrupy… but maybe that’s my bad for ordering a sweet martini. Staff: The wait staff was friendly and quick. We were there for my husband’s birthday and they offered a choice of dessert on the house. Flan, cheesecake, tres leches and I think one other option. We had the tres leches, it was moist. Ambiance and Dress Code: I’ll read on this later but I’m not sure if there was a dress code? I thought there was one but most guests in the establishment were very casual like tie dyed shirts and socks in sandals type of casual. So I’m not sure what the ambiance was supposed to be? Music was loud and plaid retail covers. Total: For 2 dinners and 2 drinks our total came out to $179 Not really interested in coming back again. Sucks, it used to be pretty good.
