   Had a really great experience for a double birthday dinner part with family. Loved our table - great for a larger group in a quieter area to hear each other. We all love food and the amount of food coming out was almost overwhelming, but delicious. The server Maddie did a fabulous job guiding our table and keeping up. Our family can be difficult at times and she handled them all perfectly. Would recommend this as a really unique, different evening out, but come hungry! It's pricey if you don't eat a lot, but worth it if you want to please a large group of picky eaters.

   Lovely experience for our anniversary lunch! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and they were all so kind for us taking our 10 month old out for a meal for the first time. Our server was also very sweet and brought us an order of churros at the end of the meal because we had mentioned our anniversary! And then was very quick with the bill when he saw our son getting fussy and over the whole experience 😊

   Great time! Not too loud, busy yet consistent service, and food was delicious. The only complaint was that I stated it was a birthday on the reso and nothing was mentioned, but that’s just nitpicking. Otherwise a great time.

   If have to say what's the best restaurant in Calgary, hats off to Gaucho! We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday and everything was 10/10! The whole staff made it so special and pleasant! The food was amazing, delicious and so worth it! Thanks to everyone!

   1. Gaucho has consistently been our family's preferred choice for satisfying our meat cravings, largely due to its inviting and cozy ambiance that enhances our dining experience. The restaurant's warm atmosphere has always made it a special place for family gatherings and celebrations. However, during our most recent visit, which was intended to celebrate my husband's birthday, we encountered a significant lapse in service that detracted from our overall enjoyment. After being seated, we found ourselves waiting for approximately 15 to 20 minutes without any staff member approaching our table, while other customers who arrived at the same time were promptly attended to. This lack of attention was disappointing, especially given our previous positive experiences. Ultimately, we felt compelled to call for assistance before we received any service, which was not the level of attentiveness we had come to expect from Gaucho.

    This was our first time dining here and we loved how quickly we were served. Our server was very attentive without hovering and the gauchos were friendly and polite. By the time we left we were in meat overload heaven. Will definitely go again but right now I’m still full.
